Thanks for all the information, I am an advocate for my own home, all this banks and servicing institutions try so hard to squeeze the life out of people, then turn around and sell the debt for pennys on the dollar. I am having a hard time figuring this one out so again thanks for all the info.

Their bank tellers are outrageously uppity too. It seems to be a corporate culture.  I see their number many times a day on my phone too.  They are now threatening to repossess, including certified mail, the first day that I am 30 days late with a payment.  It does not make financial sense to do that.  I honestly think that they do that because I won't kiss their butts.

funny that the one person on here says they dont get calls from this because they pay their bills.
well i've gotten calls from this number and i don't owe the bank any money. no loans or financing, nothing.

I have a loan through pnc and the first three years not one payment was late. I lost my job and have been struggling, home bills, insurance, you know. I have been late a few times and they add these ridiculous charges. $40.00 for one day late. Then you call and they add more for other charges. They call 15 times a day knowing you talked to them the last 7 days in a row. I know there are alot of people in the same boat, if not worse. Give us a friggin break. PNC can die of an STD and itch from it in hell.

I can't wait until you have financial problems and hopefully you will soon. Uppity jerk.

PNC Bank wants to collect a debt...It is March 2nd and your mortgage payment is late..... Every month they call...I have never missed a payment - this is so annoying  and a waste of my time.  I told them to stop calling but it is still happening.  I have two payed for houses and this is a third- never missed any mortgage payments....ever

FYI there is no such thing as a grace period for these types of accounts. and that is why they are calling you. many ppl believe that for some reason and its not the same as  credit card

You want to hear funny, this is funny.  I sold my residence and moved.  I asked CLC to change my address (never happened) so I never get a statement.  I never get a statement, I have no bill to pay, I get phone call asking for payment, I give payment over phone and ask to change my address so I will get a statement, next month, I get phone call asking for payment (same thing again), next month I get phone call, I say this is crazy, please set up auto deduct from my checking account.  They say sure fax us a voided check attn ####, I do so next month, I get phone call.... finally I get a new phone number ... oh oh

CSC has been bugging me since May of 2011. I owe them money on an account and I tried to call them several times to get my account straightened out. I even started sending in some payments. For some unknown reason, every payment that I made was returned to me and I haven't heard from them since. The next thing I know, they've totally screwed up my credit now. I do what I'm supposed to do to take care of my account, get ignored and now screwed. Is there no justice at all in the way that we as customers are treated?

You people are pathetic. I never got a call because I actually read the contract that I signed. If the due date is the first then pay it by the first. Don't give me this crap about them not working with you either. I know for a fact that they will. Try talking to them like a reasonable person before you start bitching and moaning about getting telephone calls. It's a telephone call. Not a gunshot wound. They are not kicking the door down and hanging you upside down over the side of a bridge. Answer the phone and talk, not scream. Stupid people....

Thank you.  We have never been more than a few days late on our mortgage with PNC.  We were out of town for a month.  When we returned, they called and said we were 5 days past the due date.  We said we would mail the payment.  The next day, they called eight times starting at 8:30 am until 9 pm !!!!  Woke me up.  I complained today to Mr. Rohr's office.  Glad you posted the numbers!

Nice to sit on high and be judgemental, isn't it?  We have an excellent credit rating.  We have never been more than a couple of days late with this bank, yet they called us eight times in one day, after we had told them the day before that we had been out of town and the check was in the mail!  It was a rare oversight, yet they chose to harrass us.

I have no affiliation with PNC and they are harassing me by calling.
