- djb replies to mpThat is the same message that I have received. Has anyone discovered if this is a scam? They told me that my iCloud has been breached and not to do anything online. Then wanted me to press 1 to talk with customer support. Scam???
- AnonymousCaller pretended to be Apple tech support. Spam.

- Larry replies to Joyce terry| 1 replyI had the same call from a recorded voice saying they were with Apple and telling me my Apple account was breached and not to use the internet. And asked me to press "1" for Apple Support. I did not do it.

- Nope| 1 replyThey called twice. the number came up as Apple on my phone. So thinking it was the actual company, I answered. The recorded message said "your iCloud account has been breached. Do not do anything online" then said to be connected to the support team press 1. thinking it was the company I pressed 1, then was connected to someone with a heavy accent repeating the same thing the message did. When I asked what to do now, they paused and said they would call me back.

- Pam replies to FARAHNo! This is a scam. Do not call and do not pick up and definitely do not click on any attachment they send you. Malware
- Pam replies to NopeThey have no relation to Apple. It’s a scam. Called me to say my iCloud account had been breached. Wanted to send me an email to open on my computer. When I said I only had a phone, they hung up on me. They are dangerous and will take your computer hostage then demand $750 to “fix” it.
- JohnAn automated robo-call with a robotic voice said: "Your iCloud account has been breached. Please stay on the line to be connected to Apple Support."
Then they hung up before it could connect me with a person.
Hiya has over 50 reports of this phone number being a scam!
And every phone-call reporting site has tons of reports also... so why didn't Hiya flag this call? Why is any phone company even letting this phone number connect to people?- Caller: Apple iTunes breach scam

- PinkP0nyPrincess replies to JimAny numbers can be blocked you have to go into your settings and do it but TRUST me it is why I insist APPLE is actually better…so clicking on the call or the text message you then click the number at the top of the screen and then you get the option to block contact by clicking the number or you can automatically save it…click block and if it was a text message then click hide all messages after that then hit delete. It doesn’t mean they won’t change the number by 1 digit and do it again tomorrow because my assumption is you are being messed with by someone who is actually really using a VoIP call so they yes technically look like it’s a landline phone number but technically it’s coming from a computer…which is also how those D!*k-wad$ are able to change the numbers so quickly and often and never stop! Also if they are in a sweatshop doing it that is even worse because they have so many #’s what’s it hurt if just one goes down…this one may be in Florida we think but that has happened to me before till 3AM when the numbers would always go back to showing about 5 numbers instead and that was how I finally caught them the butt-nuggets!!! So just know it can be anyone anywhere or a bunch of people anywhere!!
- PinkP0nyPrincess replies to LarrySounds like you were scammed…I’m sorry! They don’t call us! Even if our bill is past due as in whatever provider we choose to go with to use our Apple… so that right there needs to be what tells EVERYONE!!!

- Apple ownerCall APPLE… ones have said call AT&T and this last time I called Apple from her number and she cussed me out lmao…she was mad because her number was actually blocked so she couldn’t call me back lol!
- Caller: Very aggressive female I grew up in Oakland Cali she talked in gang slang.
