We have come close to resolving; we just finished a loan modification with them.  The loan mod required us to pay approximately DOUBLE our regular loan payment for a two-month trial period and then for six MORE months.  We were told that it would then go back to our regular pymt of approx 1000 per month.  However, now they say it is going to be approximately 1500 a month because of property taxes and hazard insurance they paid when we weren't able to pay for so long when they wouldn't accept any pymts.  They have all but tapped us out as we have both had to retire due to disability and are waiting to receive our disability from social security.  I will say they've gotten a little easier to deal with; I recall a time they wouldn't even try to work with you or accept any payment.

I also keep getting these annoying phone calls. They received a couple payments days late, and I now know why. I pulled out all my past bills and discovered that about every other month they are changing the PO Box #! If you have your mortgage set up to pay automatically , it gets sent to the PO Box. If this gets changed and you don't know this, your payment is held up. I think this is done on purpose because then they get late fees. And get to make these awful calls.
This has got to stop! But......who can get this done? They don't care!

They have called 7 times today. They have a wrong number (mine) for a person they're  trying to collect. Told them twice today they have a wrong number. Still call me. Just told them I'm taking legal action if they call again.

This company has called my number 11 times since Friday.  If you don't answer, they don't leave a message.   If you do answer, they hang up.  

Found out that this is HSBC, I don't have an account with this company; but since being given this number when I signed up with my cable company 3 years ago, I have received numerous calls from bill collectors for the prior owner of this number.  Y

It calls, I let it go to my machine, I call right back and a message says the office is closed.

1-800-715-1350 is a 3rd party debt collection agency called Financial Resources, tell them not to call you at work, it's harassment and illegal, call the BBB for help.

yeah they called me asking for a certain person, i said they wernt here and took a message, but they called from another number,...602-453-8923. they actually gave me a name to call back too.

800-715-1350 is just another insanely inconsiderate criminal phone ringer who needs to be brought to a grinding screeching halt. Make all phone soliciting 1,000,000,000,000% against the law.
