    This is a scam - random guys in "regular clothing" - esp "shorts and t-shirt) do not make valid mortgage offers.  Do not call this number! They are after your info that may be used for ID theft.  If you have questions about you mortgage, start with calling the holder on a number you KNOW is good.

    Offers for "mortgage repayment/assistance" are most often calls from crooks. Please be very careful about these offers by phone, and even more careful about leaflets left at your house.

    Received a message on our door!  The outside said "Confidential."  Inside it said "URGENT  Please contact your Mortgage Servicer.  To speak to a representative please call:  Toll Free 800-724-1633.  They are not only calling but trying to get you to call them now!
