Just how many times are these telemarketers at K Deisgners going to call AFTER I've told them I am on the National Do Not Call List and my states Do Not Call List?  The [***] just called again, one hour after I told them to put me on their internal DNC list.  Really?  Guess who is being reported to my state attorney general, the National DNC list and the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs?

Don't threaten to report them, report them to your state attorney general and to the National DNC list.  That will help.  Even reporting them to the BBB might help because the BBB will actually contact them and make this nuisance a public record, which will make them think twice that they could be involved in a lawsuit.

This number called twice today, answered the second call.  Caller ID = "Unknown Name".  Asking for a person that has not had this number in years, hung up without comment once I explained that we are to be removed from the call list and are recording these calls.  Multiple spoofed numbers keep calling, asking for the same guy.  Keep calling, I'll keep recording my requests to be removed and statements that he no longer has this number.  Damages multiply with every call, but its not about the money, its about the *pure satisfaction* of successfully suing these telemarketers to oblivion.  We are on the DNC list, have an unlisted number, and are fed up.  Just waiting, WAITING, for the opportunity you give us with every call, adding them to our call log.

For those of you out in the world who are sick and tired of being harrassed, a successful lawsuit is entirely possible with careful documentation of the calls.  Do a search on suing telemarketers and good luck.  If enough of us file lawsuits their profit margins decline.

Yes, it is Kdesigners.  Sometimes I get one call a day from them trying to sell me siding and then a few hours later they call to set up an interview to hire me!

you had them stay on the line for 20 minutes for 20 minutes because they didn't hang up.  telemarketers do this just to be a pain sometimes.  Might have just gone to lunch to without disconnecting.

They call all hours. I've called them back and left messages to stop calling. Here's a little trick, when you call them back and get a message to leave a voicemail, hit 0 and you get an admin. She won't give her name but but transfers you to Justin Collier the call center manager. He hasn't returned my call yet. I'm calling him every hour, on the hour.

Call at least 5 times a day. I am also on the do not call list. I am reporting them. I've had enough. Last call was at 8:30pm CT.

We have caller ID and will not answer calls like this.  Wise up jerks. No one is going to talk to you  Do not call is a big joke.

We have caller Id did not answer and they did not leave a message.  We have our phone number on the Do Not Call List, but seem to keep getting phone calls.

Keep getting this phone call.  Do not answer as we have caller ID.  Need to have something done with these calls to stop them.

If they are calling your landline: call your service provider and ask if the call can be blocked

For all other cellphones, if blocking isn't available I would advise replacing your sim card.

Here is an idea. When these slim balls call,tell them that you are in foreclosure.Tell them oneof your friends is shopping for siding. Give them the phone number of a sleazypolitician or someone else who you think needs a good pain in the a$$.

Please stop calling me I am old and don't like to get up to answer a phone call with no one there.
