Sent them an email after receiving their solicitation and being hung up on.  Also went onto their Facebook page and left a note to anyone willing to read it.  Funny, got a response back quickly from K-Designers on their FB page!  They said:

"I'm sorry that you're getting unwanted phone calls. We set the standard for customer service in our industry and we comply 100 percent with the do not call list. That list is being updated daily and we certainly don't want to approach anyone who isn't interested in potentially doing business with us. ... We would never hang up on a potential customer. We are not in the business of contacting people and hanging up on them. I'm sorry if you feel you have had this experience ...

I FEEL I HAVE HAD THIS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I DID HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE!!  They make it sound like I made it up.  I suggest everyone put a nasty note on their facebook page for the world to see.  We need to get the word out since no one else will!

I dont answer as thisis a dedicated business line and I am a remote employee and my calls go through an interaction system--therfore any number calling this dedicated line direct and not throught the interaction service is definietly a telemarketer.  This line is alsoon the DNC list

They called a several times a few weeks ago.  Did not answer -- they left no message.  They called again today while we were out.  Still no message.  I do not answer unless it is a recognized number or they leave a message from someone I know and I will call them back.  We are on DNC list.  The number called is not even our primary phone number.  We have had these phone numbers for about 14 years and do not give out our secondary phone number to anyone.

I, like the rest of you, receive these calls all the time.  This one is from K-Designers, a siding firm out of CA.  (read that on another listing here)    Our government is WORTHLESS especially when it comes to blocking these calls.  The only other course of action is this:  
Do NOT, under any circumstances, answer a caller you do not recognize.  When you do, all you are doing is confirming to them that they have reached a viable, working number and then they WILL call you back PLUS sell your number to other scam artists so they can call you too.   If they continue to call then first, check with your phone service and see if they have a call blocker service (mine does).   If I continue to receive calls from a certain number then it goes onto my "Blocked" list.  
Also, just pressing 1 or any number they say to remove you from their list is also a scam.   It doesn't work either.  

Also, I turned off my answering machine.  If it answer then once again it only confirms the fact that they have indeed reached a "Working" number.   Have a pleasant day.  Sure am glad too for websites like this.    Wonder what would happen if everyone stopped answering these calls.   IF they got no answers then would they just give up and die ?

I've read all of the recent complaints.  Believe it or not, they are calling my FAX!!!  I hope they enjoy the squawking noise.  Fortunately they do not have my cell.  Believe me they are not the only solicitors calling my FAX machine.  I've had to revamp my settings so I don't get an error sheet when the incoming transmission fails.  

Have received several calls this week from this number and 855-695-4284, "name not found" as caller ID - no messages - K-Designers in Calif.  

I wonder if we could file a class action law suit, representing all that have complained on this site, others like it and the DNC, claiming harassment, breaking the DNC law and anything else we can think of.
