    They did not call me, I got A real unprofessional looking buisness card laying on my door step saying Total Investigations INC. please call Chase at 18008287959. The card looked like my 13 year old made it on the computer, we are only 2 weeks late. Give me a break!

    They did not call me either.  I got the same cheesy business card on my door also!  I called and they did not even have a "Chase Fields" in the Suntruct company directory.  When we called and they asked for our account number & social, that sound like a SCAM to me!  Normal big businesses do not go door to door dropping off Cheesy 1st-grade made business cards!  Don't trust them.

    I got a call on feb 16, 2008 @ 9:06am ....and when i attend the call it saying it is trying to connect the line to somebody else...i was holding...and finally it said i am sorry i cannt connect @ this time and i will try gain latter.....what is the  and whl is this....

    Same results as I reported last time. I have made my payment and they still call. They called three times on Sunday. THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED HOWEVER. YOU COULDN'T RETURN THE CALL. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. When they do call it rings once and that is it. NEVER DEAL WITH SUNTRUST.

    Came home today to find what looked like a homemade neon pink flyer door hanger that had Suntrust stamped and the toll free number with "Chase Fields"  Took the rest of day off trying to track down what was going on - my account is current - spoke to about 6 India reps today (no help).  I have also been to the branch that did the loan for us two years ago - they could not even find out who or why someone came to the house.  It feels very uncomfortable and makes me question my business with SunTrust.  I also tried calling the corporate (non-customer service #) and just ended up in another phone tree.  There appears to be no one with an answer and I have had 4 calls from India reps additionally today and they say they see no notes from the people at ST who I have talked to and met with today.

    keep getting phone calls from various 800 numbers. The last one is 800-828-7959.  Said payment not received.  I sent payment over 1 month ago.  Has not cleared my bank.  Heard that they may be slow to post your payments.  You get a courtesy call within 5 days of late payment.  At 15 days, they sick the collection agency on you.  Most colletion calls originate in India.  They ask you up front to verify who you are without even telling you who THEY are.  Refuse to connect you with a supervisor without giving your account number - all the while still not identifying themselves.  they will call 7 - 8 times a day every day!  called me at work.  I think they lost my payment.  I mailed several checks all at the same time.  Every one of them but the Suntrust  one reached their destination.  This is a very shadey operation!  I'm considering refinancing with another bank.  This company clearly doesn't know how to treat and keep their customers!

    It is Suntrust collections. Best part is you CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE JERKS THAT ARE CALLING. They're all foreign. Yes I'm late on my bill, yes I will pay it. Caller ID says Crestar Bank.

    I work for the Agency that owns that number, in fact I am their best collector. And I am telling you right now, I don't care what you say or do, or the laws in your state or the federal laws, I am going to collect and you WILL pay me. If you weren't such a f***ing deadbeat, I wouldn't be so f***ing rude, so pay the hell up!!! You can record me, avoid my calls, or whatever you want to do, I don't care because it DON'T work!!! We have a legal department that is good at spoofing the feds and the AGs that try to come down on us, and they will stall them until you pay!!! We will wear you down, we will track you down, we will call your job, your friends, your family, and even your other creditors until you pay us. So go buy something new, get a new loan, get more credit, because we are going to destroy your credit and put whatever we want on your report until you pay, you damn deadbeats!!!!

    I got a call from this number at my office.  We have no accounts with Suntrust, infact we live in Wisconsin!  We are current on everything because its all auto paid, I wonder how this company got my work #.

    1st, you can't just "put whatever we want on your report until you pay" on somebody's report.  If it's fradulent than it can be removed.  It must be accuracte.  2nd, if someone tells you to stop calling, then you must, you may only communicate in writing from there on.  Stop trying to scare people with loose threats.  Some of the posters here don't even have accounts, so why are they the deadbeats?  If your company's records were correct, then they wouldn't even be getting the calls.  Perhaps you should spend more time calling actual customers rather than posting outrageous rants online.

    Someone called from this number at 8:17 at night.  I stated several times that I was having difficulties understanding her. The caller had an accent, and very broken English.  I finally said " I mean no disrespect, but I can't understand what you are saying."  No response...after several minutes the phone went dead.  I had to go online to determine who made the call.  If it was a courtesy call from Suntrust to tell me I had a payment due,  they should hire individuals that are able to portray the message in a language consistent to each specific loan holder.  I suppose it is cheaper to hire help from a foreign country, but if no one understands the message, what good is it?  Maybe this is the reason the banks had to be bailed out.  They hired foreigner speaking bill collectors, and the English speaking mortgage holders didn't know they missed any payments until they were served with foreclosures....written in plain English, of course.

    Called on my cell phone at 2:30 pm 25 Sep 2009.  ID showed only the number.  Since I do not answer unknown or toll free numbers, I can not say who called.
    I do submit FCC Form 1088 on all calles these days.

    This lady called from this number stating she is from Suntrust Bank needing to verify some information, to please confirm the last 4 of my SSN#. I told her "What do you need this info for I dont even have an acct with you."  She repeats herself saying that she cannot tell me what the verification is for due to personal security purposes until I verify the last 4 of my SSN. I told her" NO, You need to tell me what you need this for before I confirm anything." She says "I understand if you do not feel comfortable with this, you can certainly call us back at this number..."  I hung up and got right on the internet to google this number, and sure enough...  The banks, credit cards companies always tell you, we will never call you to ask for any personal information, PIN numbers, etc.  PLEASE BE AWARE, DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO FALL VICTIM.

    I just got a call from 800-828-7959 They asked me for my last 4 ss# and I just laughed, and said banks don't call and ask that. Then I asked her for her last 4 and she told me . I called it back and it sounds just like suntrust. Nice bank, my account is current and always has been. OUTSOURCING, Good for America??????
