Why does this number call my cell phone numerous times each day? I am tired of it.

This 1-800-847-2900 number keeps calling my cell phone and I want it to stop.....I'm not going to take part of anything of this crap.  I wish they don't call me.  Thanks.

I agree!  I tried to talk to a person to take my number off their list but the second they realize I'm not buying they disconnect.  They must be on an incentive plan and they take a quick no and on to the next customer.  If everryone could tie one of these [***] up for 6 to 8 minutes it would cut their sales to a fraction of what it now is

They won't stop calling me... Don't answer when I call back, and hang up when I ask to be removed from their list.... I'm furious

I have been getting calls from these people off and on for literally years now.  Ever since I put my cell on the national Do Not Call list.  I suspect they are using it as a list of known good numbers.  I've managed to get a live person a few times (they usually hang up) and even got one to talk to me once.  When I told him what he was doing was illegal, do you know what he said?  "Blah Blah Blah!"  These are not legitimate business people.  They are scammers trying to get personal information.  Give them NOTHING!  I filed a complaint with the FCC a year ago and we can all see how well that worked.  I turned off the ringer on my phone and if someone leaves a message I'll call them back.  I'd change my number, but its a company cell phone.

Yeah, I've been getting these annoying calls too and I've started doing the same thing.  I've made it a game to see how long I can string them along before I tell them what I'm doing.  I had one guy on the phone this morning cursing at me so bad it sounded like a taping of the Jerry Springer show!  Then they called me back two hours later.  I wasted almost 20 min of his time before I told him and informed him I was going to keep doing it to them until they stopped calling me.  At least he laughed about it before he hung up on me!

Every time I get a call from these numbskulls I punch the number to get a "live rep to help me lower my credit card interest rates!!" woohoo!!!  I quickly change or try to change the conversation to a sexual agenda. I told "Rachel" that her voice is sexy and it turns me on, do you do phone sex? Would you like to try it? Usually never get a goodbye, just a hang up. A few were persistent and still tried to spiel thair crap, even if it's a male I do the same thing.

The calls are a scam trying to get personal information. The company is owned by Steve Hamilton and his personal number is (310) 895-0574. I just left a message that every time I get a call from his crappy company I'm going to leave him a message back. Please please please people. Report this to the FCC AND call this crook. It's going to take a village to get him off the streets and out of our phone!!!

How do you know Steve Hamilton is the company owner? If I were sure, I would do what you are doing.

Just got my "Second and Final Notice" (I wish) to take advantage of lower interest rates from the financial stimulus. I pressed "1" to get a live operator and asked to be removed from the calling list. "Keith" proceded to tell me he goes to AA twice per week, then hang up when I told him I was going to have him arrested for making illegal phone calls.

These people have been calling for months and I press the button to not be called again and they call again and again.  This time I pressed 1 to speak to someone and I tried to tell them to take me off their list.  The first words and every one after were curse words and physical threats including coming to my home and having sex with my wife which is silly because I am not married.  He said he knows my address and is going to come and do whatever, because when he started to threaten me and my family I started to yell back at him then I decided to just call him a loser and hung up and called the police.  They suggested I report the incident.

I keep getting these calls from card services. I am on the do not call list and still they call.
