Seems they only call cell phones. No idea why me since all 3 my credit scores above 800. I never answer; just let it ring through to voicemail, but never a message.

Nope.  They call landlines too.  They came up as NCC with the number 8008482170.  Don't know who they are and since I didn't answer the phone...I don't answer it when I'm not feeling good or if I don't know the number....they left no message.  I'm going to block them.

Just received a call from this number on my cell.  They (computer voice recording) were asking for a man named Joseph P.....I have no idea who he is and no clue as to why they have my cell number, especially considering the fact that I have had this number for over 7 years.  The number also showed up as unavailable on the caller id.

These people keep calling me, and every time they do, I inform them that the person they are looking for has nothing to do with my cell number.  I have never heard of him!  I called the number back, after I spoke to the person who called again today, and re-informed them of this.  This time, as before, the woman said she would remove my number.  Now let's see if they call again.

Keep getting calls from this number for someone who has NEVER lived here or had this phone number!  Have asked numerous times to take my number off their list, now I will report their harrassment to the Pennsylvania AG's office.  It's NCC Commenwealth Financial Systems and I am tired of hearding from them.

After seven calls from some very rude operators, I decided I had enough.  I called the home office in Pa., and was able to talk to a "Suppervisor". I tried to convence him that I am not now, never have been, and never will be Cynthia C.  After more verbal josting, he offered a suggestion; go F(have sex) with a greyhound, and hung up like all the rest.  I would never have thought of that.

I HAVE collection agencies calling me all the time,being ruled,saying i go to jail if i don't paid up. don't let them f*** with you. change your number, get on the DO NOT CALL LIST,get call blocker APP make sure you there number, file to the BBB.if they to take you to court. let's see if they back it up face to face.

So, these [***] called my cell. I called back and they were looking for Melinda. I said this is NOT Melinda, this is a cell phone and no Melinda here. They kept saying "OK, thanks Melinda!" I said "I told you, this is NOT Melinda!" Again "OK Melinda, thanks!" Then they hung up.

I called back and got a different person and they said they would remove my number. We'll see.

I just changed my cell service and got a new number with my new phone. This number calls every day spot on 10:00am. No one answers when I pick up and no one ever leaves a message.

Calls come from this number with no message if the answering machine answers.  Never call at a time when I have been able to pick up.  Search on the number seems to indicate it is some shady collection agency out of Dickson, PA.  (Note we have NO DEBT, All bills are current, and we don't buy using payments....so they either obviously have a wrong number, or are just cold calling random numbers.)

This number continues to call(now about 8 times in 4 weeks) and has called in the past....does not leave a message....calling on a two year old cell phone, when if there is a debt it is over 12 years old.....NCC ? who are they and is this legal.....using up our minutes.....(they have other wierd numbers too) needs to stop.....

I have received a few calls from 1-800-848-2170.  No message on either occasion.  My call logger records the name of the caller as NCC. They are wasting there time whoever they are as their call will never be picked up.

These people call me 3 to 5 times a day, for a while now.  I get no message ever.  I don't answer 800 or restricted.  I answered the phone as I was reading these emails,  it is a collection agency.  I asked if they were a collection agency or scam.  The woman said,  (yeah that's right were scam).

Then she preceeded to tell me of a hospital bill, that I supposedly owed in 2009.  These calls of this bill is all of a recent week now,  just this week.  So, I don't know and didn't get specifics.  Nor, did I get a hospital name.

As soon as I said that to an operator, they immediately told me they have removed my number. Thank you Leslie!

I've been getting calls from this number every day for months...finally I called the number.  It's a debt collector and the guy on the other end asked me if I was Tammy and said the last name and it was my Husband's ex-girlfriend!!!...I was furious!...She must have given them our number!....I told him she did not live here and she gave them the our number.  He reassured me that my number would be deleted from their files....We will see.

I get calls from this number all the time. I was at one time an AT&T Wireless customer as well, but I recently canceled my account with them, payed the early termination fees, and switched back to Verizon Wireless so this could very well be harrassment for leaving them and switching back to your old cell phone company.
