Looks like old debts collection and they don't care if you are the right person or not. They have called a many times this week.

The person has called 3 times in the last 36 hrs. He had a strong Indian (non-native american) accent.  Everyone at this address has excellent credit.  His message as best I can translate: "I am leaving this message to return this call to the call of record, need you to, please call (inaudible), my name is George Bart, i am calling from legal services division of (inaudible),  the issue at hand is concerning and sensitive, call me at (132)119-5172.  If you don't return my call, I fear all I can do is wish you good luck. Goodbye

For the past 2 months now I've been getting calls from this number every day. They call for the person who use to have this phone number and I repediately "press 2" to note that I'm not the person they're looking for. When I first got this phone number a year ago, I received calls from this number frequently, until I called, threatened them and they "promised" to remove me from the list. Now they're calling again... something must be done about this.

Ihave received many calls in the last few weeks.  They are asking for adifferent party.  Ihave told them totake my number of their list.  I don't even live in the United States. They are very rude

i give them fair warning that if u mess with the bull u get the horn, i can play their game also.they read these boards and know the shitstorm they are stirring up. they prey on fear. fearlessness paralyzes the parasytes. they are cowards. they can only use the mail once that is requested. u may need a registered letter.

Kept getting these calls with no message left..finally decided to answer today..I asked what was this call in reference to...she said "a private matter" and wanted me to give her my address. I said I don't give private info over the phone...and she quickly ended the call. Sounds definately like a scam..should be reported.

Caller ID shows NCC. No message. If this a collection agency I don't owe any money & I have no credit card debt.

This week, I started getting phone calls from this number on my cell phone. It has been three times now, December 24th, December 27th, and today, December 28th, and always right around 10:00 AM. They never leave a voicemail message. I Googled the number and found this website: http://www.necredit.com/company.php . Everything on their website is in legal-ese, but as far as I can gather they're located out of Lackawanna County, PA, somewhere near Scranton.

At first glance, it seems to be a collections agency, but I have no idea why they're calling me - my credit score is golden, I've never paid anything late, I've never so much as bounced a check in my entire life.  HOWEVER, after further reading, I found that one of the services they provide is debt purchasing.  More often than not, debt purchasing=telemarketing=some kind of scam.

If it is a debt collector bothering you, though, and by some miracle you speak to a person, know your rights and what to say to get them to leave you alone as they're obligated to follow Pennsylvania laws regarding debt collection.  They can't call you between the hours of 9 PM - 8 AM; they can't falsely claim to be a government affiliate, accuse you of breaking the law or committing any crime, or threaten legal action; they can't reveal to a 3rd party that a debt is owed (this is useful if they have the wrong  number - they're breaking the law by revealing info about somebody else's debt); they  can't threaten you with violence or harm, nor may they use "profane or obscene language" (cursing, name-calling, etc.); and my favorite: "they may not repeatedly use the telephone to annoy" - this means if that if you tell them they're harassing you and tell them to stop calling, they're legally obligated to do so. My message says press 1 if you are (so-and-so) and I am not. It says press 2 if you are not. I did that a few times and it did not help so I listed this number in my call log as DO NOT ANSWER and when they call I do not bother to connect.

Sounds like a scam but call all you want because you won't get any information from me unlawfully

They wouldn't discuss anything further without me telling them the last 4 digits of my social. And by "discuss further" all she said was her company name when she answered, and when I asked who this was or what they wanted, she wouldn't tell me. ...They called me, no way am I giving out my SSN.

NCC constantly calls me and tries to get my personal information from me. They claim to be a collection agency and can never let me talk to an american who i can understand. They claim i owe a bill to a hospital that my daughter went to in 2010. My daughters bills are paid by her insurance, and they assured me that bill was paid in 2010. If you don't give them information or confirm anything they are asking you, they get mad and hang up on you. If you argue with them and tell them it has been paid already, they yell and get nasty with you. These people are a fraud operating out of the country probably in India. If you don't answer your phone when they call, they will call you constantly. Don't fall for it. just report them

This number keeps calling my land line when I answer is an answering machine telling me if I want to hear the message in English press one. I never press one just hang up on them but is very annoying They come up as TOLL FREE CALLER

Some one from this number keeps sending me voice mails with like someone breathing or farting or something but it's really anoyyinggggg

This is a collection agency for Santander.  They do auto loans.  They started calling me today for my grandmother who passed away on Dec. 7th.  Then when I told the guy she was deceased he asked me if I was going to pay him.......UM NO!

Get calls from this person non stop never leave a message. Ive had it. I am in bed most of the time because of pain. Don't need to be bothered by some scammer or some company trying to rip me off. Its funny I have non stop calls from many numbers since January 2015 on both cell and house phone. Something I have not had happen for many years. I never gave out my numbers and don't even use my majic jack number for anything but for doctors an an occasional call. Ive had enough. Also I have some one with Indian voice constantly threatening to becoming with police if don't call them back. Also the same for who ever is calling from this numbered my personal information.. Also how did they personal information
