I keep getting calls from this number, but they hang up - even when I answer within a ring or two!  My cellphone is on the do not call list. Arrrg.

I am on the do not call list. They call all the time.  Don't leave message ever and hang up when we answer.  Who are they?

its a debt collector - you should answer and pay your bad debt, they'll stop calling then =-)

Called on my cell phone looking for Andrea. Nobody here by that name. I've had this number for 10 years.

they call me 2 times a day, i answer and nobody is there, when machine picks up they do not leave a message. ( smart one' i don't owe anybody any money, all my bills are paid up to date so it might not be a bill collector)

Smartone- its not truly a debt collector.
It's a scam artist looking for who they think they can get money out of by harassing them continually.
I'm 18 years old, still in school, and I HAVE NO DEBT.

I called back and spoke with a woman who identified the company as ASSET ACCEPTANCE.  They also call from 248-220-8707:

Just to list a few.  

They are calling for someone that I do not know, and claim it's for debt collection.  This week, I will be reporting these parasites for harassment to the FCC, the FTC, my State Atty. General, their State Atty. General, and the U.S. Atty. General.

I keep getting calls from this number and automated voice asks for someone I have never heard of. I have had this number for almost five years. They leave another number to call, but I have not responded since I am not who they are calling for. Number they leave is 1-800-868-6418.

Btch and [***] is a word in the dictionary! I plan to get another phone service and they will never get my number!

They identify themselves as Nelson-Watson Associates. They are a collection agency based in Haverill, MA

They have called twice this week asking for a Mr.Juarez Hernandez something and I told the dumb idiot woman there is no one here by that name,no one here who even comes close to that name.She said "Well,we are with an attorney's office he owes us big money,when will you pay up" I said "Well first of all,there is no one by that name that lives here,have this number 3 years now and what lawyers office are you with so I can speak to the attorney directly and complain that you are calling ,asking for a person who does not live here or own this number,someone who I do not know.Please let me know the attorney who is handling this so I may report your office".She told me to "pay up or else" and hung up on me.I don't owe,I am not the person they are asking for and I have no debt so the next time they call,I will again report them.They can not be a legit agency.

I had to yell at this idiot cause they did not say hello back after I said hello! I informed the [***] holes that I have their number called traced and to not call again! Geez [***] holes take a holiday off go eat some real undcooked turkey and die from stomach poisoning or food poisoning! Fingers crossed here oh by the way the phone service is being changed as of next week here! Go to hell! And the sooner the better!

i keep geting calls from those @$$holes almost every day.
i never answer.
the funny thing is, i've had my number since 1/2004 and they keep
asking for the woman that had the # prior to me.
When someone cancels their phone#, the phone company waits 6months
before they give the number to anyone else. So she hasnt had the number
since at least before 7/03.  Dip$hits!!!!

Go to their parking lot outside their building with a gallon jug of synthetic skunk musk from your local trapping store and pour a little in the vent below the windshield of each car in the parking lot. This will render their vehicle unuseable because of the stench. Eventually their employees won't come to work anymore when you hit their vehicles a few times at random.

received phonecall from redline recovery, they are looking for a relative with same last name. I told them to stop calling me. I also told them that the relative does not live here.

Relative claim that they paid off this bill. a bill that is over 10 years old. Identity theft was the cause of the bill to begin with. my relative claimed he paid montgomery ward off but they call me anyway. I do not have any debt with montgomery ward. I was not the cosignor on this loan either.

I have reported redline collections to at&t phone co, better business bureau, and I have reported them to FTC. their actions are fraudulent and greedy.
