Someone called me from this number early this morning around 3:00 am from Russell county jail. Who is it

the recording starts in different places and I don't get the name of the caller

I've received 9 vms from this number in past 2 days. Didn't realize until I checked my vm. No caller identification in vm, but does say press x to accept and press y to block. I called back and they said a Dwayne Allen has been calling. NCIC. I don't know a Dwayne Allen and this cell phone is a work provided number.

Name of facility

I got this phone call at 7:10 am & told them not to call me.  I told them you me called at this time & I was still in bed.  The lady said I called them. I was just returning your phone call & please don't call me any more. I don't know who they are.

I drove to the jail yesterday & put money on my boyfriend's books & now he is trying to call me & he can't get his money to place the call.

Got a call at 11pm from this number. It was collect and for the name a female voice said "Hi baby!" I have no idea, who calls collect in this era of social media anyway?

This just happened to me tonight but they called my app phone & it said Joe also

 I got calls the other night, saying "Chris" was in jail, and asked to accept the call, or press 3 to permanently block the future calls, I don't know Chris or anyone in jail, so I pressed 3 to block all future calls, Just got another call today, so it wasn't blocked, certainly some type of scam. Leaves a voicemail if you don't answer.

I'm getting the same thing too. The same number has been harassing and calling me too every day and calls at about 3-4 hours later.

My mother has been receiving several phone calls from this number. And it's the same person calling. We don't know him or why he keeps calling her.
