- MikeReceive repeated calls from this number. Told Them Person Does Not Live Here! They Keep Calling! Calls from 800-964-7365 and to Call Back 800-964-7365. WTF!

- kkI get this call all the time too. Twice so far today! No messages. When I have answered there is no one there (Someone above mentioned they waited 4 seconds or more and finally got a recored message, but I have not waited that long). It is very annoying.
Is there anything that can be done? I checked and do not see that I am able to block numbers to my cell phone. - TrixThey called and left an automated message to call back and reference my phone number. Caller was a woman without a foreign accent who couldn't pronounce my name. I agree with everyone else here to file a complaint with the Government for harassment. I have also been adding these phone numbers to my Call Rejection list with Qwest.

When we called , no one answered the phone, only answer machine told that please leave your name, your phone number...> This is very frustrate why they do it. - VanceI am replying to the comment by AMEX Collector posted on 03 March 2008.
"This outfit bought your unpaid AMEX debt for 20 cents on the dollar."
They did not buy my outstanding debt since I don't have an AMEX card and have not had one for 21 years. It was a corporate account and it was all paid up when I left the firm in 1988. I believe they are looking for someone with the same name as mine, but they are lazy and stupid and called the first one in the phone book they could find. I used to be a skip tracer and I know how to find people. These people could not find their [***] with a fistful of fishhooks. - James SmithI'm getting the calls, too...started today. First one was 678-486-1027...next one was 800-964-7365...anyone know how to stop this??
- Caller: AMEX
- JohnI called this #877-354-8148. the only way to get an operator is to push 1 at every prompt. I told them that I was recording the call and that I wanted them to stop calling me. They said they would put me on their block list and I have not got a call from them since.

- JohnsonThe recorded call we get everyday is for someone else's name. No one answers the number when we call back. How do we stop this nonsense?
- Ignore with no ringIf you have a cell phone, save the number and use No Ring, or silent as the default ringer. If you don't have that option, create a sound using no words or anything, then use that as your ringtone for those calls.

- KBStarted getting these calls from 1-800-964-7365 2 weeks ago. I decided to call a customer service number for American Express. They told me that it is a valid American Express number but would not explain why they were calling me. I called the number and was put to a voice mailbox. Left a message not to be called again.
