I received a mail from HSBC and was given this +1 614 508-4794 and asked me for information, I do not know if it was issued by HSB Bank

I got a call from this number and said it’s the fraud department and asked me if I access my account from Las Vegas while I’m a NY residence.  I told him no and he said he will freeze my online banking and i will get an email to run anti virus and then fax it over to the number he will provide in an email so they can investigate the IP address.  Got the email and haven’t run the anti virus.  2 days after,  the gentlemen in the phone says my online banking is frozen as of the day he called me.   I just tried to access my online banking 2 days after his call and I’m able to access.   I think this is a scam and need to be reported.   Email looks legit as frauddepartmwnt in HSBC.
Good thing I didn’t panic and run an anti virus on my computers.   Can’t trust all this call from your bank.

Just got a call from this number and they couldn't speak English. It is a banking scam because I am not with HSBC. They aren't collectors they are trying to get more info from you to commit Identity Theft. Never answer calls that aren't in your contact list let them go to voice mail like I did.

I got two calls from this number, showing on my cell as "XT"

Bogus call pretending to be HSBC. I have no accounts with them and don’t speak Mandarin. They must be spoofing the number

Received call at 11.40 ET on my mobile phone, the robocall played music then was in another language. The only part I could make out was "HSBC".

Got a call saying they are from HSBC and I have a credit card or something with them which I actually don't have. And threaten me to report the issue to homeland security.
