They Say they are Commerce Bank but because I am Not behind I don't see how it can be a debt collector!

They left a voicemail saying she was "Brooklyn calling from Commerce Bank and said it was important that I call back and gave this number to call.

It's legit. It's a collection agency.

It is correct. I was suspect as well. I went online to Commerce Bank and called customer support. They verified I was called by them and transferred me to the proper department. I was especially upset when I saw this site. Just look up Commerce Bank Customer Service on their actual site and you can verify anything you need.

They've been trying to call me for two days! If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. Yes, I have a Commerce Bank account, however, I'm ahead by a month. I'M NO FALLING FOR IT.

I called the customer service number on my credit card statements and they said they already know my personal information and won’t ask for it like the guy who called did.  So whoever he was, I wouldn’t trust him.

Call rcvd from this number; identifing as "Kaitlyn" from Commerce Bank; IMMEDIATELY asked for account # / SS number. Commerce asks for this ONLY if You CALL THEM for info.......

I just got the same thing and told them to identify themselves and they wanted my info first, I did not miss any payments.  DO NOT fall for this.  Commerce should be aware.

This person called claiming to be from Commerce Bank

This number comes up on my phone with an id that says political then when I call them from a different number the they answer as commerce.  I missed a payment because of moving and changing addresses and mail being slow I just forgot but they are call me 3xs a day for missing a payment by 5 days....really..

Asked for me by name, said they were from Commerce Bank and wanted to verify my address.
I refused and hung up.
