I'm in the process of filing a claim myself. Just FYI-Labor Commission states that for every day our paychecks were delayed, they owe us 5% of our paycheck per day. (That alone... they owe me quite a bit money...). Where can we contact each other (without Aaron monitoring)?

Who cares if hes monitoring? He is the one who owes us, I don't know about you, but I have never done anything wrong to him, or his company, I only made him money, and recieved afew a bad checks from him for the work I provided him. They don't pay their workers and scam people.

Sorry to hear that Jessica I have filed with the labor commission, Utah Department of Workforce Services, Murray city police, for starters and it is a joke I must admit. Wishing you the best of luck in your case.

Trust me, if every one that has been writin bad checks, or screwed on money some how, ALL u have 2 do is file a police report, MAKE SURE U GET A CASE NUMBER!!!!!! they have to give U one!!! If U all have one, I can and will go the extra mile, and something will be done, U just can't be lazy about it, do not waste any more time. The murray police department is not whos gonna help here, just if U have a case number, post it!!!!!!

Do you have a case number? All we need to do is link our cases together, is that so hard? I have already spokin with the SL prosecutor, I actually believe the detective with the murray police department has more to do with this then you would probally think. If you are serious about getting your money's that you were shorted, than leave your case numbers! If you are not, than don't bother to leave a comment complaining! You all act like you want help, and don't know what to do, well I just told you.

What was the name of the person who sold you? Did you file for a chargeback? where were they located when they sold you?

Aaron Christner was indignanat when accused of theft.
Taking something that does not belong to you, offering a worthless mentoring programme, guaranteed support until you get your money back etc... After three years, I have still to hear about or see a programme which is workable and not just read off a prompt sheet.
No, I did not get my own money back and was not given the means to do it either.
I did not get the opportunity to get off my lazy a*** and talk the talk.
The programme is worthless and totally non functional.
The basic tenets of proper teaching and mentoring are missing.
All this adds up to fraud and outright theft.
Aaron, it is sad but face up to the fact that this is theft and you ARE a thief!

What do you mean by case number?
Is that a police/FTC complaint number?

Did you ever file a charge back with your bank for not getting the service that you paid for because if you do file a charge back with your bank you will get your money back !

When you go to the murray police, ask for a case number, they have got to assign you one!!! When I got mine, they had 4 or 5 others that ended up, a majority of them got there money before he had a arrest warrant. The police are not that cooperative, but either way, NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, YOU WILL HAVE A CASE NUMBER, MAKE SURE TO GET IT, AND THEN POST IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have filed with the labor commission in utah also the Murray city police department for not making good on checks they issued me back in May of 2010, and the unemployment office. Also Work force Services.Then to top it off Fraud complaint boards? I am reading they don’t even pay their employees. This is sounding like a thief that should be put in jail. Why are the police not taking action? I guess for the same reason we pay for the police twice in Utah once in state taxes and again in a bill you receive in the mail. Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, and Derek Price. They sound like Scum! Rip off report has a lot of negative information about them and so does the BBB also the attorney general as well from my understanding. Don’t let it happen to you run for these guys if approached by phone or any other way. Their sales guys are RYAN MORGAN, SPENCER BARTON, BRANDON FITZGERALD, TIM DOWNING, JOSH, ZACH . level11mentoring.com, mad cow productions, Diverse Marketing, Simplified Marketing LLC, are just a few names of companies they have had in about 12 months.These guys lived in other states and it makes me think this is a pattern. I read a blog where a woman claiming to be Aarons mother was saying he should be in prison? Wow how would that make you feel?

They set up false Blogs and hire people to help them through blogging. To boost their business. Exposure.
I dug through whois domain information. If you are researching this company, please immediately look up Thrive Learning/Six Figure Consulting on this website and read the complaint.

these people have moved their business from Murray Utah to Boise Idaho if I am not mistaken. CYBER INNOVATIONS, LEVEL 11 MENTORING, MAD COW PRODUCTIONS are just a couple names for the company. Is this contact information for the company and owners? 801-3495835

I find it entertaining that this is the only rip-off report filed by these guys.  I started working for them in April of 2009, and I can fully understand your plight.  When I was brought in, the fulfillment (coaching) was a complete and utter mess, and I was given the unenviable task of cleaning it all up and making it legit.


Was it made legit?  Yes, but it took a full year to get it to that point.


Anyway, the owners of the company, Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, and Derek Price, (along with the executives, Spencer Barton and Ryan Morgan) have not made good with any of the previous clients, and in fact, they have refused to even pay their own coaches (which is why I left).  If you still desire to contact them, there are a few methods:


1. Call them at either (866) 704-9450 (I don't remember if it's 866 or 877, so try whichever one you want), (866) 388-6019, or (801) 770-4833.  I don't know if any of those numbers still work, but you can try them.


2. Contact Glen Minson at the Utah Division of Consumer Protections.  His number is (801) 530-6009.  I have contacted him about the company's willful neglect of telemarketing laws, and he's always willing to get you a refund from the company.


3. File a lawsuit.  Since they did not make good on their promises (the sales floor was about 10 feet from my office, and I heard their pitch hundreds of times), you are entitled to a refund (their promises are illegal according to the State of Utah, and they promised to work with you until your initial investment was recouped).


The sales company has recently moved to Boise, ID, so you may have a difficult time talking with the owners (Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, Derek Price, and the executives, Spencer Barton, and Ryan Morgan) when calling in Utah.  I do not have the contact information for their new company in Idaho, but you can probably search them out.
