My wife and I switched to t-mobile a few days ago, tonight (2009.05.18) we each got a call from (801) 623-4631 within a couple minutes of each other.  No one responded either time.  Anyone know the magic words to say to t-mobile customer service to block calls from known jokers?

just pick up and hang up. they'll stop eventually

Got a missed call frm dis # on my cell, then they called again 5 minutes later I picked up and they we're pressing buttons! So I cussed them out and they hung up

I have been getting these calls too. It is from the Salt Lake City area code. Is there a back charge to my phone?
I will report to the Attorneys General of NC.

I have an iPhone and they have called me twice and my phone completely freezes and will not let me hang up until they do...  No buttons work on my phone so i can't even power it off...  When they do finally hang up I have to completely restore my phone because all my music, numbers, etc are erased...  Has this happened to anyone else? and what should we do to stop these calls?

it's a survey company western wats. On their website www.westernwats.com there's a number to call (801.373.7735) to have your number removed from their calling list.

I just got this call on a brand new cell phone which no one had my number.  I don't know who these people are.

Wow so I am not the only one getting these calls.

they called me and i googled the number and someone said it was a survey company. i went to their website and got this number 801-373-7735 called it and there is an option to remove your # from their list. hope it works

Someone called from this number, I googled the zip code its from Utah. When I picked up I here chatter in the background and thats it and I hung up.

Got a call twice tonight from this number. First time I said hello but there was no response. Second time they called I didnt say anything and still nobody on the other side said anything or didnt even get a recording. My number is on the Do Not Call list and I still get this type of call.

I got a call from this number today 1-800-623-4631. I have registered my number on not call list.

New T-Mobile number here, as well... and this stupid call spams my phone. It sounds like it's time for a class-action suit against T-Mobile.

Called on my cell phone, I answered, there's nobody there.  I will block this number.  I am on the Do Not Call Cell Phone List.  Turn this number in!
