omfg! They called my new cell phone, its t-mobile. So something is fisshy! i'm in nyc! stupid people, they should get a real job instead of doing surveys. NO one answered! I hung up and looked it right up!

They call all too frequently. My answering machine message takes care of most of the garbage calls, but I HATE hearing the phone ring just for junk.

I keep getting calls from this # I don't answer and they do not leave a
message.  I would like to somehow stop this.

On 9/3/08 received a call from 801-623-4631.  No reply after saying "Hello" three times.  I then hung up.  DON'T CALL AGAIN!!!  THANKS.

called tonight at 7:00 pm.  Didn't answer but I am a tmobile customer as well.

Got a call from them. They left a message that they are a survey company. The man said quite a bit, but was a poor enunciator and I couldn't catch most of it. All I caught was that they aren't trying to sell anything and they had my legal name. I go by a nickname and very few people know what my real name is. I'd be curious how they got it.

They called me at 5pm tonight and said nothing. I was listening to music and vacuuming. Had to stop everything to answer a call that was nothing, nobody...how annoying!

I have a health care business and they are constantly calling -- IT IS ANNOYING! THEY NEED TO LOSE THEIR PHONE PRIVILAGES

They just called ... after a long pause and 3 hellos from me .. finlally a click and the operator stated he was conducting a survey ... i asked who it was .. .and he said .. some company name i couldnt understand ... He said he was conducting a survey  ... from "long distance" ... and would i answer a few political questions ... I asked him to remove me from their list ... he asked why .. i said because I dont want them to call any longer .... He just HUNG UP .. without confirming or apologizing.

I have gotten 3 calls from them tonight.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  Think I will block them.

Got a call tonight from this number at 9:37 PM....they now owe me $500 for violation of DNC rules.  A very polite lady was doing some sort of research survey, and I politely informed her, that she should not be calling at this hour.  Filed complaint with FCC.

They called me and it was a fax machine. I tried to turn
on my fax and receive it but it didn't work I guess I'm

THEY KEEP CALLING ME.  WHEN I FINALLY ANSWERED ONE OF THE CALLS THEY ASKED ME WHO I WAS GOING TO VOTE FOR.  I TOLD THEM THAT THAT WAS BETWEEN ME AND GOD.  I HUNG UP AND THEY'RE STILL CALLING ME.

I just got a new # yestoday !they call me today and they know my name!!!

it is a survey company, they are using what is called a predictive dialer. It is piece of software that "predials" phone numbers so that live agents call spend less time dialing and more time talker. The predictive dialer dials automatically regardless of if all agents are on the phone or not. The goal is to "guess" how long it will be before the next agent is free, and "predict" it well enough to have a live person ready when the customer picks up the phone, without the agent having any pauses between calls dialing wrong numbers and answering machines. The software recognizes answering machines, and no answers and only sends live call recievers through.

Yup, new T-Mobile phone and these people started calling me just recently.  Now it's 1-2 times a day.  Im' putting them on my 'blocked call' list.  Haven't tried answering thoguh I did try texting.  No response
