This number keeps calling

Calls from this number continually - answered once - no one spoke - I ignore all calls, but I receive them about twice a day

My phone company has a process for blocking unwanted calls. (#60) Look into it. Maybe yours does too.

It is illegal to prank call a person.  The company is clearly breaking the law.   Wait til my attorney shock and awes them.

Number was detected at least 40 times on our company telephone system. Our system automatically blocks numbers that call more than 20 times within a short time period.

its a research company...some kids are maning the call centre and rather poorly.
they talk teen talk!! you know

I finally answered one of the many missed calls on my cell phone and she hung up on me!

Got a call from (801) 691-5910. Didn't answer it because I didn't know who it was. On my phone, this showed on the caller ID:

This is BRG Research Services. They have their complaint page here: http://www.brgresearchservices.com/complaint.php. Claim to be marketing and research firm. But their opt out phone# is just a message box, not a true opt out auto system.

I just called the number and ACTUALLY got thru.  It was a recording...of course...but the recording does offer to remove your phone #.  I told them, in the recording, that I expected it to be removed IMMEDIATELY.

We'll see.

They have called three times on three consecutive evenings. When I answer the phone, they disconnect.

it is a survey company asking about pharmacies type questions and they are located in Utah

Call excessivley, most times hang up. When they do speak they say they're calling from the Sunglass Hut. When my husband asked them not to call they said they would not call back but only if he answered some questions. They asked him about sunglasses and his age. Weird.

i went to their web-site and typed this in the 'give us feedback' section:

'how do you have the [***] balls to call people in the middle of the night. your company represents low morals and worthlessness. i hope you go out of business shortly :) happy new year'

Got a call from them tonight and they did leave a voice message.  It was Laurie from Directions Research on behalf of H&R Block.  That's all she said and then hung up.

They are a telemarketing company based out of Provo Utah named BRG Research Company.  Contact the owner Luis Carter and bug him at (801) 705-5295.   I would bet that his home phone number is not on their calling list.....          http://www.brgresearchservices.com/index.php

Also......  
I just called (801) 373-9923 which is the main number for BRG Research Services and spoke to their very nice operator Alicia (if you can believe it) and kindly asked to be removed from their calling list.  She stated that it would take 24 to 48 hours to be completely out of their system.
Done deal - that easy....
