I have gotten calls from this number numerous times (at least 5 per day) for the last three days.  They refuse to leave a message; I don't answer because I don't recognize the number...  it's driving me absolutely CRAZY.  They're relentless.

I received a call from this number.  It said on the caller ID it was from APX Alarm.  I answered it and it was a guy wanting us to buy an alarm system from him.  Of course i told him No, but now i am getting calls and hang ups from some other numbers too.  I hate it when people do this.  It is so annoying.

They call almost every day with no message left.  No one answers when  I pick up either.

Call 2-3 times per day.  Has been going on for weeks.  I won't answer because I see all of the complaints about this number from Apex Alarm on a number of sites.

I get at least one call a day from this number, pretty much at all different hours.  Never once answered the call.  They never once left a message.  I'm on the do-not-call list, so I have no idea what this is about.

APX Alarms, talked to a guy named Brandon, instantly knew it was a scam, just ask them to take you off their caller list.

Calls started coming three a day! So annoying since we're on DNC list.
Area Code appears to be out of Atlanta. I NEVER answer these fools BUT it sure makes me MAD when they don't RESPECT DO NOT CALL LIST!! I'm reporting them!! Also, fellow phone users be sure to check back at gov.'t website since DNC call EXPIRES every 5 years I believe! Oh how SILENCE is GOLDEN!!

I'm on the do not call list, yet these folks constantly call.  I never answer, they never leave a message.  And they call just about every day.  The do not call list is clearly not working...

started receiving calls from this number yesterday. 3 so far. does not pick up when i answer, and does not leave voicemail.

They somehow have my cell phone number.  It is APX alarm from Provo, Utah.

they been calling me about 5 times a day for the past week and hanging up on me so i called back and spoke with a brandon and i told him to quit calling me.. he said in order to remove my number from there system they need my name and number, i gave him my number then he wanted more info.. i told him im reporting them to the fbi if they call again.. i think its some kind of scam

This call keeps coming in a lot of times a day. they don`t talk to the machine just hang up, the caller id says apx alarm # 8017655976

Maybe its a scam from the cell companies trying to waste our min. I notice when my min are very low I start getting calls from numbers I don't recognize. They never leave a message or say anything they just stay silently on the line. For one person why bother but, 1 min 6 times a week or aday adds up so you got to buy more mins. THEY want to **** us anyway they can.

Calls every day, never leaves a message. Very annoying.

Very pushy sales man.  Actually sounded drunk to me.  I finally had to hang up after telling him several times that I was not interested.  Slurred his words...  nice sales pitch.  I may have been interested if he was sober!!

Just called me at 7pm.

This number is more than likely related to online offers through sites like IMVU. The offers are put up so people can earn points or cash towards their respective site and many younger people tend to fill them out relentless to upgrade their character or make a buck.

Getting the calls to stop should be as easy as asking to be taken off the list, but if someone is using your number to complete future offers you might just find yourself back on it.
