This person texted both my mother & myself today telling me it is imperative that I call re: debt.
They call from 833-912-3591 Samantha yesterday to my mother saying they will garnish my wages for a debt from 2008. Pressuring my mother; whom I don't live, with to pay 7K now to pay off debt.

Also got a text from this number. Told them not to call or text my phone and that if they need to contact me to do it by mail.

This number text me today.  Bogus claim about I have a payday loan which are illegal in MD

Got a message from Thomas. When I called I spoke with Samantha who threatened to seize my checking and saving accounts. When i called her out on her BS she ended up hanging up on me.

I’ve received several texts telling a person who may have had my number previously to call the Mediation department at 888-333-1558. I’ve spoken with a rep who said they would remove me from their list but I received another today. Left a voicemail that I was pursuing legal action

i received a text from David Smith from  the mediation Department. and to contact his office 888-330-6822.

I just received the same text message 10 minutes ago.  Hello this is David Smith from the Mediation Department.  It's imperative that you contact my office at 888-330-6822

Just got a similar text a few minutes ago, texted from a David Smith about my mother who's never even had this number before me. Mediation Department, so they claim. Not even a company name of the debt collector agency, just Mediation Department.

My sister, who lives 1,000 miles from me, received a text with my name from David Smith from the Mediation Department.  It's imperative that you contact my office at 888-30-6822.

Just like the others have posted, I too received a text "Hello" followed by my full name in all caps, "this is David Smith from the Mediation Department. It's imperative that you contact my office at 888-330-6822."

Hmm I posted yesterday.  Same message as others from David Smith.  I called back and this is a scam.  A payday loan provider got hacked and my information ended up online and purchased by these boneheads.  Lol  Don't fall for it.    888-330-6822 is not accepting my calls now.  Just goes to voicemail.

I received a voice-mail from so called mediation services.  331 330 7710 but to call 8334860392.   Since I like messing with scammers. I called them. They refused to give me any information about there company.  One guy I talk to said they haven't been open for even 2 years. My number was blocked. ( but I have other ways around that to keep calling them)  fast fwd..... just yesterday my brother text me ....Hello (my name) this is David Smith  from the Mediation Department. It's imperative that you contact my office at 888-330-6822.   That number is out of Ohio and it's not even a call back number.   The thing about the text.   It was actually sent to my nephews phone. I haven't seen him in 30 years . The number they sent that from is 803 274 5330. From south Carolina. I called that number but they just want you to leave a message  by the way. This one claims to be from United Recovery Solutions

David texted my dad the same thing. My dad is in a different state. These people are the bottom of the barrel
