Similar message from David Smith at 888-330-6822 and I'm just going to ignore it.

I keep getting text messages from this number, identifying me by name, and saying it is imperative I call the mediation department at 888-312-0661.  I have tried that number multiple times, and never an answer.  THEN, all of my family members got these texts, including family in my mobile account as well as family who are not associated with my mobile account.

Pass the word to family that they can forward the texts to 7726 as spam. That will block that number as well. This is how a debt scammer works, they will try to harass and shame you into paying a debt that you do not owe.

On 3/30/23 Received a text message from phone number 803-274-5330 “this is Carol Snyder from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 844-977-0240”.  Called them back and was told I need to pay $2500 immediately or my wages will be garnished.  I asked them what was the debt for, what date this is supposedly from and and who hired them.  She repeated my social security number and said she did not have the date of debt nor contact info for the company that hired them.  I told her that my family members and previous employers reported to me they got calls from her telling them it was immediate that they contact me for unpayment of some loan (which I have not taken out any loans).  I indicated I am not paying some random person unless they can provide information to me.  She hung up on me.  Someone needs to file sanctions on this person as she is trying to ruin my reputation.  I pay all my bills on time and this is so unacceptable!  They are scammers!

As long as you don't have to take the time to report the calls even though it is your reputation that you claim they are trying to ruin?

i get a text from 803-274-5330, not askin for me, at 7am from a Robert Whitman from the Mediation Department and that it is imperative that i contact his office at 866-383-1454

I just received the text that is imperative that I contact the mediation Department but no Company name at the same # as all the others here.

Person calling say I have a payday loan, when asked for paperwork the girl said they don’t give paperwork, that if I don’t pay they are going to garnish my wages and take me to court for $5000 or I can pay $650 and get it over with

These people are sending my wife and I numerous texts attempting to contact my EX wife from 25 yrs ago. We have asked them to stop harrassing ( in a not so nice way ) us as we don't want anything to do with her but the texts continue.
