A message was left that it was my final opportunity for  a great deal to press 1 if I wanted it and 2 if I wasn't interested -- or something like that.  Don't understand why these calls keep coming through if I am on Do Not Call Registry.

Calls over and over again if you don't answer they will let it ring 10 or 15 times

Keep getting calls (several a day!) from an automated system saying they can reduce credit card rates. When I hit 1 to talk to a rep, someone representing "Consumer Card Services" gets on the line and asks me for info. When I try to find out more about their company first OR ask them to take me off their list they hang up on me. I don't have caller ID, but did *69 and my phone company stated this was the number of the incoming call. I called the number back - automated service asking you to hit option 1 to remove your number from list. Did this several times, keep getting calls. Going to report them.

I Called Cox Telecom and told them to do something to stop this guy.

When they called, there was nothing but silence.

I am sick to daeth of all these scam calls that I keep getimg. So much for the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!! You can report them to the FCC.

I also have been receiving calls from this number. The caller ID shows up as Sales Dept.  I researched online and found this is a Virginia based land line number.  I E mailed the Virginia Attorney General's Office.  They advised me to file a complaint with the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs and also the FTC (www.ftc.gov).  Everyone who reads this should also contact all three agencies.  They keep a log. If enough of us contact them, they will realize the problem and correct it.

June 2009 I answered the phone, caller said, this is about your credit card account press the number key to speak with a representative. I pressed the number key given, there was a pause and caller hung up. *69 got # 804-234-9010  online search gave, Kilmarnock,VA.
