Someone calls daily and never let a message or stay mute on the phone once I answer the call and do not know who it is. I use metro pcs and do not know anything related this number or whoever is making the call to us.

They have called me 4 times in 5 minutes

I hae gotten numberous calls from this number onmy cell phone every day back to back calls when i answer this call it says to stay on the line a rep will be on shortly for me then a few seconds into that waiting for them to come to the phone they hang up they proceed to call back several times i let my voice mail take the calls now they dont leave any messages it is anoying

I have gotten calls from this number every day for a week.  A recorded message tells you to hang on and then it disconnects.  Its from Virginia as far as area codes go.

RPM is a junk debt collector, they are buying junk debts, debts that are not longer valid because the Statute of Limitations has expired.

It is a collection agency. They have a huge list of numbers that they call from:804-952-9550,804-234-9019,571-261-0047,314-627-5652, 703-291-9039. I will be checking some other numbers that I got calls from. I get some calls looking for someone else, but its not this company. Will update the list later

There is an toll free number they used when I was called. They only used it once but that was a big mistake. I have a fax machine that has redial. I intend to start sending a fax to the toll free number if the continue to call. For whatever reason they called a few time then it seems to have stopped.

If you want to get them and cost them money (It cost them each they answer the toll free number) start sending them faxes. Here is the toll free number 888-745-9332. I will start with about 10 redials and go up from there if they start calling again.

I got a call from these people today.  I didn't answer.  I did a google search and it lead me to you guys.  Yes, it is a collection agency.  After ready a few of the posts here, I called them back.  They had my number as someone else.  I reported that number was not me.  They apologized and marked me "wrong number" in their systems.   No more phone calls...  :-)

These folks are a nightmare!  They call my cell 6 times a day with a recording and then hang up.  How do I stop this?

These people call me at least ten times a day from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm.  It's very annoying. I have tried r to call back and complain but am put on endless hold.   Now that I know who they are. I'm gonna do the fax idea.   They leave no messages, but I have a few choice ones for them.

received numerous calls from this number and do not know who they are. i answered one time and they hung up on me other than that i do not know what they are doing calling me. they never state there name so i have no idea who they are.

Same story here. I have a Zenith ZEP100 EZ Hang-up device. You might want to try something like this. I just reinstalled it and will try it on this number next time they call. Just search ZEP100 and a number of suppliers will show up. Make sure you shop around for the better price. Good Luck.

Does pondscum or bottomfeeder sound familiar. They should not be allowed to make dead end calls to people over bills that are over 15 years old.

They called me as early as 7 am and as late as 9pm and when I answer they hang up. I called them back and it was busy. I finally got through and the guy didnt say who he worked for but was looking for somone else. I told him he had the wrong number and to stop calling. I got another call 3 hours later and when I called to talk to the manager I got hung up on. When I called back he told me he took me out of the system and hung up again. They are very rude.

They do the exact same thing to me.  Over the past 2 weeks they have been calling all day, every day.  I have asked every single person to take my name off of this list.  They keep telling me  "Oh well, the last person must not have done it right. I will take your phone number off now.  But it may take 24 hours for it to be removed from our system."  I tell them that everyone has told me that and I am still getting calls.  I finally asked for a supervisor.  I got transferred and hung up on.  I called back, same thing.  Just now when I got a call from them, I told them who I was and they hung up.  I left several voicemails for the "supervisors" to call me back.  Do you think they have?!?  No!  I told the one guy that I want to file harrassment charges, he laughed and said "Good luck with that!" and hung up.  They get extremely nasty with me and talk to me like I'm some kind of common criminal!  The bill they are trying to collect on has absolutely nothing to do with me.  It is my husband's ex wife's cell phone bill she never paid.  I was nice the first 2 or 3 phone calls thinking that maybe they just didn't take my name and number off right, but now after about 30 phone calls, I've had it.  I don't know what the next step is...
