Calls Voice mail constantly with garbled message

Just found this number called my kid's phone. Its being blocked

8056377243 is a Spam!

left message saying that the I bar IRS was taking me to court and that I should call another number for information about that lawsuit. I couldn't understand what the number was. I didn't call back.

I have gotten calls from  it at the time of day and night. I called the number back, there is a common voice guiding message.

I WANT THIS TO STOP ASAP AND YOU CANT GET ANYONE AT THE OTHER END!!

Get a message from this number on my cell phone ... almost daily! Try to call back and it say, if you have a number on this mailbox system, enter star now. In desperation... if you enter a star, no matter what you enter, it says, "that number is invalid"

This is the number that was uncovered WAY deeply hidden in our phones by a cell phreaker (hacker).  They have had control of several phones, day and night for almost 3 months.  No one would listen to us until we went to a newly opened phone repair company and he is an amazing white hat hacker who found this.  We've ALSO been getting messages on our home phone "from the IRS to appear before a magistrate or go to prison".  This message seems to be pretty commonly used on all reviews I've seen on this number.  It also varies between Indian, British, and other accents.  They call almost daily!

Asked me to pick a new voice mail pin number at 3am!

I got a call from 805-637-7243 nothing was said

When I call back recording comes on asking me to put in my bank pin number and hit #.
I'm not that stupid! Can't delete the recording.

Being threatened to be taken to jail regarding income tax. I have filed my taxes so there shouldnt be any problems.

Do not call. Reported to police as harrassment calls.

I got 2-3 time calling from that number but when I tried to reply, there were no one on other side. Had one time I received the call also from that number and there was a mexican woman on other side, she scream and yelled with spanish language and I don't understand what she tried to say? I handed my cell phone to my friend who was working in a same company with me and he also a mexican heritage. He listened for awhile and tell me that she said, you [***] her and not tried to responsible for what you did? Gosh.. I swear to God I never met her and never do that with her. I believed that she was wrong and possibly there were some thing wrong in technical communication , therefore; I led to a terrible mistaken in communication. So later on when I have seen that call number showing up again then I just simply end the call with a press of button.
