Kept getting calls from this number.  Answered phone and no one there.  Then they finally left a message to call a different number.  When I called, no answer.  Finally they called back and I spoke with them.  Stated that I had federal charges against me for fraud.  that I took out a payday loan and never paid it back and that I was going to jail.  I never, ever have taken out a payday loan and told them I could prove this.  Man said I was being smart with him and that me and my "references" were all going to jail.  Spoke with a heavy Indian accent.  Now is calling my work and telling coworkers that I have federal charges against me.  Said I was due in court in California the next day.  I am in Ohio.  Gave me the name of a town that does not exist of where I supposedly was due in court.  Said they were calling on behalf of the federal government and that they were sending papers to my work and I was to expect a termination letter at work.  Would not even tell me who I supposedly borrowed money from or the date.  Said I was not entitle to this information.

company has called me at work and on my cell phone about a hundred times. Each time leaving a message stating that I am being sued in CA and that if I don't return the call, all they can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me. They are very threatening in their message and they do not listen to me when i tell them to never call me again. They tell me I have to be in court in CA the next day or i will be put in jail- I live in OHIO. One of the phone numbers that they left for me to call was 951-543-4706, but it showed up on caller ID as 810676161. They call me at all times of the day/night and sometimes 25 times a day. They have a very heavy indian accent and are hard to understand, but they do say God Bless you at the end of every call.

This same thing is all over the complaint forums. These people need to be investigated. My phone company said that it is not even showing up on the phone bill. This is illegal. DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS. My phone company can't even block them.

This number keeps calling...previously I had the same type of issue with another number sayin i owed them money WHICH I DO NOT. These people are a fraud, report them! Now I have this number calling me and it's the same problem. Do not give them any information! It's sad that people are that low that they will do anything to get a couple dollars. We all know what a bill collector sounds like dont be fooled...........

I have had it with whoever is calling from this 9 digit number. I have yet to answer any of their calls. I, barely, can understand what their messages say. I, finally, took the call from this number and told them that the person they are looking for must have lost their phone and changed their number. I hope, by doing this, it ends the calls.

They have called several times today to tell me i have a time sensitive matter and me or my atturney needs to call them, looked up the number and its obviously a scam, when i told them this they said they were sending police to my house to have me arrested for insulting him, i told him to f**k off and have reported them to the FTC,

I am having the sane issue. A man with a very heavy indian accent is calling me telling me that he needs me or my retained attorney of law to return the call and do not diregard this message becuase I have charges against my name and social secrity number. He always says god bless you and he is very rude.
He calls my work and my cell phone at least 30 times a day. I am so sick and tired of it.

On Thursday, Aug 20th, I received a call from an Attorny named "Jenny Smith" w/a heavy Indian accent informing me to pay $889.45 for an online loan I supposedly took out or they will take me to the Superior Court of California!   I asked her what company do I owe this money to.  Of course the would not tell me, and "Jenny Smith" told me to write an affidavite to pay and noterize it within an hour.  Be careful, this is their way of sealing the scam deal.  Do not Fax Anything.  They also want a Credit Card and or a Debit card!  NO, DO NOT GIVE!  Legitimate collection companies ask for checks and tell you who you have to pay!  She gave me a number to call back (858)248-4816 and a fax number (858)435-7639.  This is a San Diego area code!  She repeated my social security number, my references and where I bank!  Scary!  They gave me a bogus case number which my Attorny informed me of.  If your not served, or received a letter to appear in court, then don't worry about that.  I reported them to the Federal Trade Commision, and Called the Secret Service!  Report these bogus scamers to the authorities.  It is a shame that these scammers make legitimate companies or legitimate independent business owners look bad!

I have been getting calls from the number 810676161 telling me that they are with an attourney's office.  They told me all of my information correctly, which scared me.  Then they told me there were 3 criminal charges being pressed against me.  One being check Fraud, one being theft, and the other for laundering money.  But when I asked who they were with and who it was exactly that was suing me they wouldn't tell me.  Then I told them I had no idea what they were talking about and they made a huge deal about it like I should have been informed and recieved papers about it.  I told them I did not wish to speak to them anymore, and to stop calling me.  They called back 15 times in under ten minutes!

In addition to my last commenet, I think it is halarious that they keep calling me Peggy, instead of Paige.

I keep getting this call. I don't even answer it because it is an incomplete phone number. After reading who is calling with that number I will never answer it. I don't answer numbers taht I don't know who is calling.

These calls have been escalating. Four times today 810676161_ last digit left off. Does anyone know how to stop these? At&T says they can't stop them.... without me signing up for an additional service.... at %5.00 extra per month... What a joke.

these people keep calling my cell number and not leaving a message. it was one time they spoke to me saying that they were the us government. he had an indian accent also.he had the nerve to threaten me saying that i was going to jail for fraud and he didnt even say for what company and that [***] was very very rude. i wish i knew who he was i would ram something up his a@#

I get the same call.  I get a lady with a Indian accent claiming that I have lawsuit out on me for a overdue payday loan, which I don't have.  I think this whole thing is scam to get personal info.

not worry about it ??? these people have all my information have been calling me at work , home and cell phone. Of course i'm worried about! Now they calling the references i used to get a payday loan. I paid $400 to a Ricky Watson via western union and now i get 10 dalls a day at all my numbers and they are calling my references. so don't worry about it/?? Pay your bills, loans or whatever and you  want have these people calling. I made
arrangements to pay theses people $400 just to get them to stop calling. This is harrasment. so pay it off amnd you won't get the calls anymore.They say they will give you the information after you pay.  It's a collection agency out of India for a payday loan service that some of you people must have gotten or they wouldn't have all your info.after 15 minutes of arguing, they will talk tyo you nicely if make arrangements to pay debt off. cause that's what it is. pay off your debts and won't be bothered.

I have these jerks calling me serveral times a day and then they started to call me at work.  I informed him that I knew this was a scam and he could go to crawl under a rock he was not getting anything from me.  He then told me he was a terrorist and that he knows where I live and that I better keep my doors locked and my children safe.  I have called the FBI, Attorney's General Office and I am going to have my phone # changed.  I am pretty scared about the whole thing.  The scarriest part is that they do have your information because they hacked into some banking institution or something.  In my opinion if they say they are terrorist we should believe them and try and get them and send them to the worst prison on earth.
