See they are calling me over books my Daughter DID return and they want us to pay for books that they supposedly had to replace?..... the books are in their possession and in the same condition we checked them out in, it not a damaged book situation, they just want us to pay for the books that were like 2 wks late.......

Thing is our stuff is returned and library claims not to have it, until they locate it they won't stop them calling me, over 1 book they lost....

I receibed a call from them  the issued is  they asked for  a person that  I know him but is not part of this family,  I am worried because  I recently discover that  my social  had ben using  for another person  and is in investigaiion .  please   i nedd more information  why you are calling to my home phone  is  Dymarcus ,,,,,  using my information

These folks are a nuisance. Gonna' shutdown these calls.

I had a missed call from this number I called it back. It was a recording saying the office was now closed the name of the place was unique Management Services. I've seen other people report this number as a collection agency from their Library. I do have an overdue book about being gay in today's society. I did not know the library would call a collection agency for an overdue book.

They sent my 14 year old to collections when book were already returned. Illegal

Returned books on time & in good condition, same condition they were taken out. Taken out from central branch then returned to neighborhood branch. Said book was not returned, called lib, they said not returned from branch. Called them, they said it was gooped up with something nasty & hadda be thrown away. When i asked what it was the woman kept changing her story. Months after i returned the second book & it was aoparently checked in good condition & NOT on my account as being out the second book was all of a sudden claimed to be returned in nasty condition. They have cameras in libs these days so it can be proved they were returned in good condition but the footage has prob been erased by now, as its been months. Having a bogus tax sale on my house, gaping holes in my dn rm ceiling, & other problems due to a rat [***] contractor, a simple overdue book does not warrant immediate attention. Any legitimate fines get paid. This one will not get a penny. Not all claims are correct.

I have been getting texts saying I have over due books,  and I haven't taken a book or of the library in years. So I called the library, and they told me I have no books out anywhere in the shared public library system in my name. Then today I got a call from this number,  but I was at work so I couldn't answer. I'm guessing it's whoever had the phone number before me,  or someone just gave a random phone number.

Do not recognize this person or companies name.  How do I block them

I got calls and I do not have a library card and haven't for like 10+ years plus this would not be the number they would have.
