- J. Jefferswell i guess i am one of the few people who had a surprisingly good experience with Tyler and Morgan. I received a call today from Trey Harris who told me that my creditor who is also my mortgage company was looking to file a judgment against me i requested reasonable payments and he actually agreed to them! The difference between him and the other people who called me was he treated me like a human being! and thats all i wanted to be treated with some respect.
- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- s. depassii also have a judgment in orlando florida from them, but they will just have to garnish my wages to get it.
- Caller: tyler and morgan
- !!!!!!I was told by a person at Tyler & Morgon if i don't pay my debt that I will be going to jail. So scared out of my mind I gave her my info to pay the debt called back a few days later and told her that the funds wont be in my account. She cashed the check anyways. Now I have to go to court for something that I didn't do. An collection agency cant use the criminal justice system to get money out of you. Its plain and simple!
- U KNOW WHO YOU ARELet be frank about this site. All comments used in this site are strictly from other competitors in the same kind of business that have nothing better to do than to try to tarnish other companies' images. This site has nothing but false information, and if others want to see what other agencies are really doing out there, let me know. I have particular links to find such truthful information, with a long history of court documentation. I am an ex-employee that had to relocate, and I definitely know there is no such activity or reputation that this company has on anything said here.
- PabloMr. Right:
If I understand correctly you work FOR Chase. You are only a tool of production for the company. Nobody owes YOU anything nor did they borrow from YOU. A little integrity and humanity in your industry would go along way to change the image of people who do what you do for a living: Collect other people's money. Wise up. Someday you will be replaced by a "more productive" tool who may be calling you.- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- Husband of HarrassedThere was a very menacing message on our phone today from "Tyler and Morgan". He called himself John Baxter, phone number 813-463-1069 ext. 304. He went into the "pending litigation" routine, "call today, there is a small window of time".
- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- Pinging Pennyeverything said on this site is between 2 individuals from another firm wanting to blemish other agencies reputaion all that said here is all false lies unlike other agencies that have alot of experience in fraud and other activites i can advise people to make sure its off your credit ounce settled
- Ticked offThis stuff isn't false. I got a call at 6:34am this morning, and they were looking for my father, who doesn't even live in the same city. And she had the nerve to ask if "you guys" have legal representation. When I called her back at x321, she didn't answer. By the way, how do they get away with passing themselves off as a law firm? I mean, they use a 800 number for God's sake.
- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- AnonymousI got a call from this # they called regarding and co-worker who used me as a referance on their loan ~ they were trying to contact the guy ~ guess he turned out to be a real flake and moved without telling the loan people.
- CMMCSPSo, Pinging Penny, are you implying that you work for the morons at Tyler and Morgan? Is that why you are trying to defend them? I can see the possibilities...you really don't even know how to spell or use punctuation so I'm sure you'd have no job opportunities other than low-life scam/debt collector.
- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- The ORIGINAL Pinging PennyI hope no one's thinking that I'M the one defending the debt collecting morons!!! o_O
As for those receiving ugly calls about past debts, before you even THINK about dealing with those low-lifes, make sure to find out the Statute of Limitations on debt in your state. If your debt's out of SoL (meaning, the time limit has expired), then you can freely tell those morons to kiss your butt!! Once the SoL has expired, all they can do is scream and whine about the debt.
Also, if they threaten to sue you after the SoL's expired, they're breaking the law. They're violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, since they're prohibited from making threats they can't actually act on.
All debtors out there: RESEARCH your debts!!! And don't let those cretins intimidate you!!! - to all playing gamesthis site is all a big all fake all of you typing garbage about any firms period should send a cease letter or dont bother wasting your time listing to other fools play games on this site changing there names and trying to turn people against each other typing garbage about one an other lets grow up and you know who Im talking about
- The ORIGINAL Pinging PennyEducating others about the FDCPA and Bankruptcy law isn't "playing games."
The fact is, most (not all, I'm sure) CAs turn their profit from uneducated consumers (and by "uneducated" I mean those who aren't aware of their rights as consumers) whom they can threaten and intimidate into forking over their hard-earned cash to pay debts that might be out of the statute of limitations for their state.
So inflamed emotions are going to be present -- any time that a consumer is threatened with dire consequences simply arising from a foolish mistake made in youth or from having to weather a few hardships and being unable to pay, people are going to be stressed out. Stress = emotional, visceral response.
Add unscrupulous CAs chiming in and either berating those for suffering from those misfortunes or, worse, misleading consumers to manipulate them into paying on debts they are no longer legally obligated to pay off, you have even more vitriol.
Comprehende vous? - TommyAbout a year ago, a Lisa Denton (Not Donna) called me from Tyler Morgan from a NY number. Said she was a law firm representing Creditor's Interchange, a collection firm from Buffalo NY. She lied, used every scare tactic in the book, including law suit, garnish wages, jail for my wife and I, etc... by the way, according to the fair collection debt act, this is all totally illegal.
My business went under, my wife was laid off but Ms. Denton didn't care. For anyone who was contacted by her, she had a southern accent. The following week she gave me a Georgia number to contact her by and the NY number was no longer in service.
When I called creditors interchange they didn't know who Lisa denton was but transferred me to a number that could help me. An answering machine message picked up and I was blown away... it was Lisa Denton's southern drawl, but using a different name as an employee at CI. Holy crap - what a massive scam!
She finally called me and I confronted her, and she denied she was the same person. five minutes later, the answering machine message was changed with another person's voice at creditor's interchange. The very next day I was told that person no longer worked at CI and NO ONE EVER heard of Lisa Denton.
These evil [***] will do anything to get your money. I would LOVE to find this [***] Denton and have her in jail. And Creditor's Interchange is equally to blame. When I went to the NY Better Business website, there were tons of formal complaints and judgments against these [***].- Caller: Tyler Morgan / Creditor's Interchange

- TommyEVERY SINGLE WORD I WROTE a few posts ago is documented along with a letter to the NY Attorney General.
Noel... The tactics that (the supossed) Tyler Morgan uses are against the law. It is illegal to call neighbors, harass relatives, and pose as a law firm that is going to put you in jail. Did you hear me????? They ARE NOT just doing their jobs... they are breaking the law. And before you berate everyone with your high and mighty attitude, realize that people like myself had both married partners lose our jobs within a few months of each other. Not everyone in collection is a deadbeat. My kids suffered terribly along with us.
There is a thing call the Fair Debt Collection act. Look it up before you open your mouth again.
BTW... Try looking up Tyler Morgan on the internet. No website- NOTHING - all I found was this site where people have been illegally duped and harassed.- Caller: Tyler Morgan
- Pit BullThese people are ruthless jackels!
They are not a law firm.
Let's close them down folks.- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- Renee BakerI need the 1-800 number for this company please? I need to get ahold of these people
- Caller: Tyler and Morgan
- ScottThese people are scam artists. They called my mom and dad, who are elderly, at night, and scared them into giving them all kinds of information. It was the Lisa Denton woman who also told them that I was going to go to jail. First, this was totally bogus. I bought a home 5 years ago and a car and she was telling them that this was a bill from 8 years ago!!! I could have never gotten a mortgage! She also told them that she had them on tape and would go to the police. They were scared out of their minds. All the people who have posted here are telling the truth about the harassment and lies. Be careful. This was all a scam to get money.
