Its one thing to call and remind you that your payment is late. that is understood. its a whole different story when they are calling your sisters friends or your wifes parents when she's not even on the count with you, and you never gave anyone any phone numbers besides your own. there are limits. and chase goes above and beyond those limits. they need to get back in check. I was late by a day I paid them the full amount due via there website, within 24 hours after i hit the payment button they were calling at least 8 times looking for more money. They lie and tell you if you get behind just call and they will work something out, its bull. my wife and i were both laid off from our jobs, we had to move in to a friends house. I called chase to let them know (please note on the bill we get they tell us if you are laid off or out of work they can postpone payments for up to 3 months if you call) they said sure we can wait a month so you can find work. within 3 days they impounded our only transpertation and would not release it to us without a $1500 fee. They must be stopped.

I have no dealings with them and don't owe anybody any money - Yes, they are harassing me also, calling several times a day.  I even called them back and a Mike answered.  He had the guts to say that they did not call me.  So you are wrong!  I have no idea what they want and what do they gain by calling constantly, especially when you actually call them back and they have nothing to say to you.

Probably Chase, employs him. They call all the time, no answer. We pay directly at the branch, but the phone call do not stop!

I get phone calls from Chase from Florida, Arizona, Texas  Annoying as all hell!  I make my payments every month.  However, I am only paid once a month on the 24th.  I have called Chase to get my due date changed but, they won't do it.  I told them to note my account that I will make my payment on the 24th of each month..they won't do that either.  They said I have to call every month and explain my situation repeatedly.  I quit answering the calls..hit ignore on my cell.

I have received several calls from this number, after I called prior to my due date and made payment arrangements, they had all details, and still get these calls, I called Chase they said they are not the ones making the calls.  So now I answer the calls and it is automated, no way to talk to anyone, and the number they give is automated.  looks like phishing and trying to get a credit card number.  
with newer technology, it seems it is easier to harrass anyone!!

i have an account with chase but they continue to call daily and i may pay late but they always get their money. they are harrassers

You have  10 days grace period to pay your bill then it is considered late. I paid it through online banking it was paid in the morning on due date AND STILL CALL.

Just ignore em like I do... Or like a previous message said just with em - make em so pissed that they hang up.  Seriously, people are not in the positions they used to be (ie. laid-off, unemployed, one income etc.)  
Chase is BY FAR the only debtor I have that is unreasonable and downright harassing!!  In fact JP MORGAN CHASE received $25 Billion in Federal Bailout Money during the recent "stimulus" package and did not pass any of it on to it's customers who are worse off than they are.  In fact they used it to "acquire" or in other words TAKE OVER other companies.

Robert is a moron. I have never been late on my loan and Chase still calls me 10 to 15 times a day. I have considered a class action harrasment suit against them.

You are incorrect.  I do not have any accounts, or loans with chase and the moron's keep calling.  That is why there is caller ID, so I can ignore their call and give them an opportunity to leave a message, which the morons never do.

Just thought I would prove your premise wrong, I don't owe them anything and they still call.

Robert is an insensitive moron but I'm sure he can't help it. Anyway, my sister was 12 days late on her Chase payment and they repo'd her car because she was late 3 times before (but never over 30 days). I am also a Chase Auto customer and make my payments online. Because my paydate was the day after the due date, I got 3 calls to my work from Chase asking me when will I make my payment. That is just bull$hit.
