yeah Jillian they are clearly going bankrupt, the most profitable and largest bank in America is going bankrupt, the ignorance on this site is astonishing

just so you guys know, this number is a scam, it is not Chase, so I hope you did not give any information out.

this is chase auto finance.  If you are late more than 10 days past your due date, you will get 3-5 calls everyday till you pay.  They are relentless and will ask you confirm ALL your contact information/ work info, cell, first born etc.  They ask things that are already known to them in an effort to make sure they have means to track  you down more fully.  I tell them nothing has changed, and politely excuse myself from the call.

I got a call from this number and did not answer and they did not let a message.

I've been receiving these calls at various times of the day, you name it, they call. I receive voicemails lasting 0:01 seconds and they only hang up. Highly annoying. I called back as *67 and the auto thing stated it was Chase, I've got nothing with Chase,  I can handle my money without these dumbass scam calls.

if you have a loan with them and Bank with Chase your Branch can and will put a stop to it, you can even go on a no call list , they are not Chase Bank, they are only a company hired by chase to make less than perfect car loans.

Keep calling my number million times a day!

This is NOT Chase. People, be smart about it. If you are up on your bills, Chase does not call you like this. These people call themselves Chase Auto Finance, but this number is not associated with Chase. I get called quite often from these guys, but I don't, nor have ever, have any dealings with Chase.

If you give them any information you are running yourself head on into an identity theft.

It actually is Chase Auto Finance I have an auto loan with them - or had, paid off now, and when I made payments I have gone to Chase bank a few times to make a payment, though I normally pay on line.  A few months back I told them ahead of time, and for the first time that  I would be two weeks late  due to my daughter's huge dental bill, they noted in the system and told me I would still receive calls anyway. Their system is rigged to call even if you're a day late. I was less than 30 days late and I got the calls constantly, I'd answer and remind them, they thank me and the calls continued until I paid them two weeks later.

They were calling me at work (I work for the State) and just hanging up, even when I answered!  I called them back (did not enter my SS#, just pressed zero) and I kept it civil and polite.  I asked the guy to repeat his "agent number" or whatever they call it, so I don't know if that made him think twice or not about how he treated me.  I was nine days late and told them I hoped to pay them by the end of the week.  I also asked them to stop calling my work and they agreed.  Pretty painless.

Just got a call from this number.  No message was left for me.
