I wouldn't be a bit surprised if "J" was a Chinese troll.

Found out it is an outfit wanting your health information by means of a "survey"
By ALL MEANS DO NOT give your information to them.!

Looking back after 2 years, I am leaning toward "J" being more of a Shill. Or a Shill with Troll-Nature, and that makes it a Shroll. China or India are the likely locations. It gave up after it realized it was being watched.

You mentioned a survey, and there are a few of the Indian pharmacy scammers reported that start the call off as if it was a survey. That is a common enough lead it on health scams.

This # started calling me recently. They never leave a message and will call on any day of the week.

Got a call from this number continuously. Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System questionnaire from NIU health according to the person. I told them I was not interested and to take my number off the list. A week later I got another call and they left a vm. Both times people the people that called spoke in broken English.

Calling every day 5-6 times a day,.Not saying anything most of the time just breathing on the phone.

Caller ID says it's Northern Illinois University but I can't understand a thing the caller says, except for "if you have any questions call us at 815-753-6030." In addition to a very thick Indian accent it sounds like they're whispering lol.
