Called me twice today, but never before. Hasn't left a message. I just called back and got a recorded message about NOVO One (a marketing company). Pretty much, somone sold our number to these guys, and they're farming us out to other companies who might be able to seel us stuff. Jerks.

Got a call from this number on 7/6/09 at 11:22 AM - they didn't leave a message as many others have noted.  I called the number back and got a recording for NOVO1.  Then hung up and googled the number and found this board.  I just filed a complaint on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Novo kept calling me, so I finally answered and it was someone trying to sell me Allstate Auto Club. They don't even ask if I wanted it just told me about it and asked which credit card I'd be using. Like I'd really give them my credit card number. I had to hang up on them. I have Allstate Insurance, I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

I received a call from 815-787-9520 on August 6, 2009, and they did not leave a message.  It seems to be for www.novo1.com, which is a marketing company with many large company accounts selling everything from credit protection plans to insurance policies.  They are the marketing front for the larger companies.  Do NOT answer their calls or call them back, or else the calls will not stop from them or from their "partner" companies.  If you receive a call from them, immediately file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in your area as well as the Do Not Call Registry.  Go further by sending a complaint to your state Governor's office.

I got a call from this number today-they did not leave a message on my cell phone so I googled the number and found this and other sites.  I called the number on the NOVO 1 web page http://www.novo1.com/contact.asp and spoke with someone in the NOVO Wisconsin office.  I asked if she knew what the call was regarding she said she wasn't sure and that the number that had called me was from their Illinois office.  I simply asked if I could add my name to their do not call list and she said sure.  No questions asked, no trying to disuade me; she got my name and number and the number that called me and said I should no longer be receiving calls from them.  It was a simple as that.  

If you get calls from a number and do not want them to call you anymore then pick up the phone and ask them not to call you or call the contact us number on the website.  In this day and age it's not that hard to figure out what was calling you and why.  This company is connected with my credit card company and my phone service company-not sure which one they were calling me about but I didn't want what they were selling-politely asked them not to call and voila.  Hopefully it works.  I certainly don't like getting calls from telemarketers but I know enough to realize that me not answering is not going to make them not call me anymore-you have to tell them not to call you.

This phone number has called me constantly for a week!  Every time I answer there is nothing (dead air).  I have tried calling several of the numbers I have found for the business and have never actually spoken to a person.  Filed a complaint with the FCC today!

These guys are telemarketers - we just answer the phone and set it down (so they can hear the TV show we are watching) until they get bored and hang up.  Alittle taste of their own medicine.

I don't use credit cards so no one needs to be calling me about any of that stuff!!!I pay all by cash!!!or I don't buy it!

constantly calls.  i won't answer. i'm on the do not call list so why does Novo think it's exempt from those regulations?

Question what does NOVA stand for?

Someone has been calling me from this number for the past two weks.  Although I never answer, I wonder who it is.  After searching the web, I see others have received calls too!

My family has received a call from this number multiple times a week for the last few weeks.

Have been getting calls from NOVO for a couple weeks and didn't answer.  I finally answered today to see what they wanted - we have AARP motoring plan that was expiring.  The gentleman told me they were changing their name but everything about the plan would remain the same.
