They're telemarketers alright, but remember that these are humans also. And so every one who's going to come to this website and [***] keep this in mind: If you have something like a Lane Bryant card, they have the right to call you, since you're a customers of the store. They most likely got your number from the application YOU gave Lane Bryant for the store card. If you say you're on a do not call list, that is void because you're a customer of the store.

If you say "Put me on a do not call list", you're number WILL NOT automatically be removed from the list, it takes 30 days, and you're likely to receive more calls during that thirty days.

Political calls are also exempt from a do not call list, because its dealing with politics. Again if you ask to be put on a do not call list, AGAIN IT WILL TAKE 30 DAYS TO HAVE YOUR NUMBER REMOVED.

All of the national no call registry is [***] basically, because YOU GIVE OUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER to companies when you sign up for your credit card, pay bills, ect. The companies in turn give the numbers YOU GAVE THEM to marketing service companies. It's really your own fault.

Make them STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Waking us up - no message - I am furious - and plan to take LEGAL ACTION.

Just called the 800 number somebody posted here - thank you for that.  Not much help.  Then went to the website somebody posted here - thank you also.  How convenient, we cannot contact them - there is a "problem" with the server.  So, I went into the "careers" part and added my info for looking for a job and got my message across.  There's more than one way to skin a cat, as they say.  So, if you can't get them to stop, go into their career area on their website.  Maybe if WE bombard THEM with unnecessary info, they will get as frustrated as we are.

Listen, I work there. =] And it's soooo funny how angry you people get from us calling you.

keep getting this call with this number 815-787-9520 they don't answer me  when i say hello... the call disconnects.  it's annoying....  it says cid teleservice...  anyone get this ?

The "Novo Employee" is lying. I am getting calls from this number on a brand new line which has never been registered before. There is no way they obtained this number from anyone but the phone company.

Called 5x over the last 2 days.  First tried to call back and leave a message for them to stop calling me, gasp, their voice mailbox if full.  I bet.

They called me again about 10 mins later (really) and I answered and it was a freaking survey about what radio station I listen to.  WTF?  5:00 during dinner, really. I told her I don't listen to the radio and take me off your telemarketing list. Oh, and since I'm on the DNC list, I've reported them.

I actually did get a voicemail about a radio promotion for a Twin Cities station.

They just called and left a recorded message promoting a local radio station and my chance to win money if  I listened to the station.  The caller id says "CTC Teleservice."

Call from 815-787-9520 came in on cell phone 2:21 PM and went to voice mail.  It was Kiss 108 radio station with info for entering sweepstakes.  On the do not call list but that hasn't stopped the calls.

Getting calls ever day from this number.  Caller-ID shows it as "CTC Telecommunications".  They were calling regarding selling magazine subscriptions.

"Alex" from Q102 was talking very hyped-up radio-person gibberish. "Win this, win that, get free concert tickets, all you have to do is tune in, blah, blah, blah." Asked "blah blah" to quit calling.

Same deal here. Robo call from a local radio station left a voice mail with contest details.

I called the number back and got a recordig that they are "CTC" and provide teleservices and marketing for a wide variety of companies.

Advanta used to offer a credit card. But they went bankrupt in 2009 and are in recievership.

actually. it doesn't matter if you're on the do not call list. all the political calling is exempt from that... and the do not call list does not block ALL telemarketing calls. but none of it is a scam. it's actually all legitimate. if you don't want another call. i recommend being nice to the employee, and tell them it's the wrong number. you'll get off their list that way. it takes 30 days to be on the do not call list.
