Be aware that the address of 520 W. Arapaho Rd, Suite 150, in Richardson, TX is an vacant address.  I just mailed my machine back to this address as it was the address on the paperwork I received.  The package it marked vacant by the postal worker.  
I did call the 800 number and was told that this is the wrong address and I am very upset to how I was treated over the phone.  I proceeded to cancel my account with them as I tried to do this several months ago.  My bank is now applying "stop Payments" they are trying to make from my account.  
I would suggest that no one does business with this company.. I tried to let them know that this is a problem and I thought I would also let them know of the issue with the address.  I basically was treated as if I was the person in the wrong.  I am repacking the package and keeping it for any further actions in case they try to cause more problems.
