Called very late at night repeatedly

Jerk didnt speak good English. That is an automatic hang up for me. Something about the electric co.

Receiving repeated daily calls from this number one a couple of times a day. How can they be stopped??

DO NOT ANSWER FROM THIS CALLER. This caller works for a California based attorney collection firm. After long term debt is unsuccessfully collected by other non-attorney collection agencies, it is sent to this firm (amongst others like it). For them to take a claim to court, you must first be "served" a notice and/or they must prove that you have been uncooporative in settling the debt... When they call and you answer, they need say nothing, for you answering the phone is enough proof that you are obtainable, and therefore have been running from the debt; therefore they call until you answer and hang up,  allowing them to legally and justifiably further their claim into court.

Just called my cell phone....I did not recognize the long distant number so I did not answer, nor did they leave a message.  I guess it was NOT an important call or they would have.  Can you say 'saving my minutes'?

This is a market research firm called Interviewing Service of America.  They are extremely rude and unprofessional.  The woman called my phone and asked for my husband, when I asked who was calling she hung up.

I am also on the do not call list and they say it doesn't apply to them...dumbasses call after 8:00 pm est it is harassment and a telemarketing...she says it's survey about tv in our area...[***]

She called tonight at 9:18...survey for my bank. I told her never to call again.

A man called my number just before I got in I was told ;asked for me by my full name, then asked what time I would be in.
Called again when I got in, saw the number and sent it to voice mail, person didn't leave a message.

These people call all the time.  So I found their info...
