I have been receiving unwanted calls from this number.
 

Got call on 2/17/2014 7:15 p.m. Survey regarding internet use of Oregon residents.  Seems a little strange!

ISA Research phone number 818-756-7488 calls at least 3 times every day, including up to 9:25 p.m every single night.  At first I answered, but it's not even a robo-call.  The "whatever" at the other end of the phone says nothing. I have called the number back a few times, but it's impossible to reach them because the line is always busy.

This  number has called over ten times this week, including late night calls. Today I answered and got an Asian speaking person who I had a hard time understanding. To the best of my knowledge, she said she was doing a survey for the State of Oregon. After she asked me three personal questions I hung up as she could not understand my answers: 1) What language do you want to take this survey in? English. What? 2) Is the county you live in Onion? No.  Can you repeat that? 3) What is the zip code? I gave her the information and she incorrectly repeated the number.

This company calls me repeatedly and leaves no message. My number has been on the national do not call registry for more than a year. I have filed a complaint about this number and I would urge everyone else to do so as well - the more complaints they get, the more likely they are to do something about it.

This number called my Obamaphone. Didn't answer as I have given no one the number.

I have received no less than 4 of these calls in the last two weeks. The calls come in around 7 - 7:30 in the evening. Caller ID has it listed as ISA RESEARCH. I just ignore the call when I see the number but it is still annoying.

It's "Survey Research Project"  They tell you that you can leave a message at the end to have your number removed and put on a 'Do NOT Call List' but the problem is that after the message is through another one comes on saying that the 'Sorry the mailbox is full'.

They called me stating that we called national grid (power company) within the last 30 days. This is very untrue since we use a totally different power company. They said we owe them $2K (we have a big power bill since its a retail store) or they will shut off our service... freezers, fridges, ect, ect I thought it was weird initially because they didn't ask us to verify accounts or if I was in charge of payments...

This is now the second time they did this. First time we hung up and called our actual power company and they stated that our bill was up to date and the call was just an error... I'm afraid the call was not part of the power company at all and it is a scam. The owner of the store is not privy to these types of scams and I'm afraid she may have been fooled in the past. Hence the repeated calls.

Oh and also, When they said we owe $2K and they will shut off our service, I told them the owner is not here and won't be back until 6. THEN THEY ASKED WHAT HER NAME WAS!

Wouldn't they know the name of the person they are calling demanding $2K? Scam for sure.

"Service Survey from JC Penny" left a voicemail. Called 4 times in one week.

I have so many of these numbers listed on my cell phone as Do Not Answer!  I get  at least a dozen calls per day from this kind of crap.  The federal government must do something about it.  

Called claiming to be from Capital One Credit Card. I just hung up on them. I called Capital One and they said it was not them. I know that no Bank is going to call me to ask for information, as they already have my info. Too many scams today.

Got a call today on my mobile from 818-756-7488, it's a call center (ie telmarketer) in Northern LA.  This time they identified themselves as Greenwich Associates in the voicemail.  I didn't call them back.

I GOT CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER TWICE .. TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW @ 10:00 PM. I TOLD THEM I DIDNT APPRECIATE IT. THEY STILL CALLED ME
