Received a call from 833-366-0127. They left a message they were calling from Wellcare.  Asked I call back on 855-507-0298.  I did so and they started to ask me questions to "confirm my identity". I wouldn't answer and asked for a supervisor and they hung up.  This is a SCAM!  DONOT call them back if you get this message!

Recorded voice said the call was from Wellcare, not knowing who this was by the caller I.D. the call was not taken. Message left asked to call them back at 855-507-0298. Did some eresearch and found out this is a SCAM CALLER. This was definately not from Wellcare, IT'S A SCAM CALL.

Call claimed to be from Wellcare Insurance and was calling as they wanted to inquire about my well-being and health. I told them I have a doctor to look after my health and would not talk to them.

Lady claimed to be with WellCare requesting verification of identity which I refused to verbally give.  I told her WellCare usually does not call their subscribers WE Call them on their customer support line.  Send me something in the mail.  Gave me another number to call into 855 507 2098 as if I was stupid enough to do that.   I agree these has be Scammers!

Message left for us said "This is an important reminder from your health care provider about your medication...  Please return our call at 185 550 7298...". 185 is not an actual area code, and any of our health care providers identify themselves by name, or send us an email.  4 calls in 2 days, and left messages twice.

how are these thieves allowed to make these spoofed robocalls? where is comcast xfinity in all this? Answer..absent.

frauds  and comcast xfinity does nothing to prevent them.

What exactly do you think that company can do to prevent someone from making a phone call?

I have received 4 calls from 833-366-0127. They leave message to call back a different number.
855 area code.
I called Wellcare from the back of my card and they said they do not have this number listed w Wellcare. It is a scam.

SCAM CALL

received a call saying they were from wellcare and wanted to go over my medications,  didn't give them information, but called well are who said they don't have that # its a scam

Caller ID said HEALTHCARE. After I answered the person identified from Wellcare. Wanted verification and asked about a certain drug. Offered to connect me to my doctor or pharmacy which I declined.

A woman called saying she was in touch because of inconsistencies in the way some meds were being ordered. She tried a few different ways to get me to open up but after I kept questioning her she resorted to asking if they could be of any assistance. Don't share anything. If you do believe Wellcare is initiating outreach, confirm by hanging up and calling the number on your member card.

Claimed to be calling from Well Care. When they asked for confirmation info I told them they already had it and to send me a letter or email since they already have that as well. I knew it was a scam and just kept them on the line to jerk them around.

I also received several calls from 1-800-Service (1-833-366-0127) They called several times over the last 3 months but, unfortunately, this time I answered. I did give them more info than I should have but stopped short of my Medicare info. At that point they turned me over to "someone from Medicare." I  didn't give it to him either. I felt he should already have it.
Thus person was the 3rd one I spoke to. Everything I questioned something, I was transferred to someone else. I asked the "Medicare guy for a number I could call if I had more questions. He gave: 866-845-1803. He also gave me 833-750-0202 first the Pharmacist to call. Needless to say, she didn't call.

call from 8333660127   said it was Wellcare about my prescriptions.  Double checked with # on my member card and they said the above number belongs to them...no problem.

I called back and gave them information. What should I do now?????😪
