    I had a call from 844 318 8133 a lady with heavy accent, KNEW MY FULL NAME, said that was from Shaw, customer service.."sounded like from Hamilton">??asking if I was happy with my service , I answered yes, tried to offer other plans, I said I was in a hurry, for an appt. she asked if she could call another time, I said NO, that when I want a change I will stop at the office, near me.

    Well if Shaw wants to call their customers they should identify who they are in display. Until then they'll get no answer from me. Too many scams out there to trust anyone anymore.

    got probably same call didn't pick it up only it said rogers on call display. they have never called me before why start now
