Do not answer those calls.  I saw a news editorial that said not to answer calls that you're unfamiliar with because it could automatically cost you money that will be billed to your cell phone.   They also don't leave messages either.  People are finding all types of ways to make money.  SMH!!!!!

8455753775 kept calling my cell phone, no message left. I never pick up unknown telephone numbers.
Set it to be blocked. I'm not gonna try to convince anyone to not call me back. I've tried it in other occassions and didn't work.

Got a call from this place while I wasn't home.  Caller I'd showed they called at 1:56, 2:04, 2:13, and 2:25.  Sounds like harassing caller, why call that many times?!

They called me a couple of times today but I never answer calls I'm not expecting.  Isn't there some kind of law or rule against mass calling of cell phones where the person receiving the call might have to pay for it?  What was especially annoying is that they let it keep ringing for a long time, after it was obvious I wasn't going to answer.  Regardless of whether they're legitimate, they're jerks, and I would never want to visit their city, if they're an example of how polite people are there.  We should all write letters of complaint to the major of their city, and the dean of their college.

Keep getting calls from this mobile number. I have just recently gotten 6 calls today.

REPORT each call!!! i just did after receiving a call at almost 10PM on a SUNDAY NIGHT!!!!!

They call me at least 3x a day and its acting like spam.

Been called four times from this number.  I never answer phone calls from numbers I don't recognize.  I figure if it's important they'll leave a message.  But they never do, so I guess it's not important.

How about all of us calling Marist at 845-575-3775 and ask them to take our survey?
And do that for two or three days in a row.

Seriously? They have literally called me 10 times now. Can't they take the hint that I don't want to talk to them if I don't answer each time? Does anyone know if these guys are actually legit?

I received ELEVEN (11) calls from this number between 8:00-8:30 PM tonight. A voice mail message would have been left if it was important. Thank goodness for my cell's block/reject list. 🎵"I've got one less problem without you."🎶

8455753775 calls at bedtime or after. Don't answer but wakes my hard working hubby up!! Frustrating to say the least.

They called me after 10 pm. Said they were from some college. I told him to never call after 9 pm because he woke my kids up.  He got rude and started saying something but I hung up on them.

Calls after  2200, and never leaves a message.  Tired of these posers.

because I threatened to bill someone similar for each subsequent call.  However, that might not work here - A whistle, however, might just do the trick.  Just make sure your own ear isn't near the phone when you blast them with it, and wait a couple of seconds after you pick up 'til their auto dialer forwards your call to a human bean.  (They don't deserve to be called "beings" if they can't have common decency to
1.  respect the time when calling people
2.  honor requests to stop calling  
3.  quit hiding behind the "legitimate market research" exemption from the do not call list - they ARE a money making venture - after all, isn't a college a for-profit business?

This is obviously a telemarketer, and no they do not follow any laws which would normally keep you from receiving these annoying calls.  Simply hit "IGNORE" the next time an (845) area code number comes up!  If you live in the area of the (845) area code, sorry, I'm not sure what to tell you!  

Called two nights in a row so far, left no message, but the caller ID said Market.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone and didn't answer. Whitepages.com says it's in Poughkeepsie, NY and is "suspected spam."
