These people keep calling night and day and only want to sell me some kind of mortgage coverage. Basically they are attempting to get my personal information with no real reason or explanation. If I ask them a questio like; "Who are you, who do you represent and what is it you are selling" they hang up. Be careful of giving out your personal information for any reason to anyone that calls YOU. If there is something you want you make the call. At least that way you know who you are speaking with and that they are ligitament.

I finally called them back and was told they call on behalf of my mortgage company, which is Ocwen. I asked to be removed from the list. Hector, he called him self was F.O.S too nice and if it continues I will call my lawyer... I advise you to do the same

Received cals from this number three to four times a day.  finally called back and was informed it is Intersection Insurance, selling accidental death policies for mortgages - referred through a telemarketing service by OCWEN.  Had them place me on the do not call list.  We'll see if that works.

We have been getting calls from this number. It appears as "Intersection IN" on caller ID. Is there any way for them to stop calling our number?

They call me daily and say  nothing, I hit the pound key and they continue to call.  It is harrassing, and irritating, and I want it stopped.

I get a call from this marketing group at least 16 time's a day starting at 7:30 am until 10:30 Pm I have told them to remove me from there call list, they tell me that my number/Name has been removed then They will call again within 25 to 30 minutes half the tome when I answer they ask for me By name, when I say speaking they will hang up...They are Trying to sell insurance That I don't want Nor do I have a need for...I have been Off work I'll with a heart condition and they keep getting me upset....Can Anyone Help Me make this stop?

I too have Ocwen as my mortgage company.  I found out a piece of info for everyone.  I finally spoke with a real person, Speaks English and Yes is an American!  He said that Ocwen will start to call you the first day that you late.  Yes, if your payment is due on the first of the month and they don't receive it on the 1st, they will start calling on the 2nd of the month.  They have no clue that we are human and things happen in our lives and we may hold a bill an extra day or two.  The 15day grace period is only for them not to charge you the late fee!!

I guess I've joined a large group of angry people who have these calls with a connection to Ocwen.  My suggestion, just answer with the word NO and hang up.  I've memorized the number and when it calls, I do just that.

I just called Ocwen and was told to go to http://www.ocwen.com, click on Mortgage Customers and at the bottom of the page, click on Privacy Notice, print it out and do the opt out, sign it and send it to them, or you could fax it to 1-407-737-6300.

They speak in a foreign language hard to understand. Our mortgage recently was sold to OCWEN and we have over the last 3 months received several calls from companies/unknown callers. They call a lot through out the day. They will not speak to me always ask for my husband and can not pronounce our last name correctly or even close. Really annoying!!!!

I also have OCWEN as my mortgage company and they continue to call me. The odd thing is that I have been answering the phone only to find no one on the other end, just silence. Well, today they called and I answered and for once there was a voice on the other end. CLEARLY this lady was from India as she could barely speak English and butchered my name.

OCWEN is pissing me off with all this marketing crap. They also send us a SCAM letter in the mail that has a check for $5 included in it. What is not obvious is that if you cash the check you are automaticly signed up for some B.S. service that charges you $39 a month and it gets attached to your mortgage bill.

You know this is totally taking advantage of the consumer. Some poor old lady is gonna see a check in the mail from her mortgage company and think "Ohh I must have overpaid" and she will cash it, only to be a victim of fraud marketing.

Is this the type of behavior we should expect from our banks? Its down right fraudulent.

Same thing here. Keep calling. Caller ID says Intersection In. Our mortgage company is Ocwen. They just bought our mortgage. We never had these calls before we were transferred to Ocwen. And yes, our phone is listed with "NO CALL" federal list. And no, we are never behind on our mortgage payments.

I just called that number and they informed me that yes, they were a telemarketer connected to my mortgage company and they were selling me some insurance. I told them that my tel. is in the NO CALL list and asked them to remove it. They asked for my name, address and tel. I gave them my name and tel. and refused go give my address. The lady on the phone promised that they would include my tel. in the no call list. We will see.

Our mortgage was switched to Ocwen too,but somebody just bought them out and so it switched again,so why do they keep calling?

We too have Ocwen as our mortgage and they keep calling wanting us to take this Warrantee service out.  It doesn't do any good to tell them no or to tell them to stop calling they still do.  I agree u can't even understand them as they do not speak English.  Incidentally we DO pay our bills on time and are not behind in anything!
