My mom and sister say Jennifer Brooks calls them looking for me about papers being served and is rude but I have never received a call from them. It of course scared them and me.

Caller ID identified number as 323 794 2017. Message from Jennifer Brooks with call back number 855 277 9742.  Message left was for a different person with my last name.  Def sounds fishy to me. I am not responding and have blocked both numbers

Same phone call and message.  I called equifax and I will call federal trade commission  tomorrow  to let them know to put a fraud alert on my accounts.  Just in case.

Claims that you owe for a payday loan, from 5 years ago. Names a company called Archway Holding. Trying to collect $580.00, on $300.00. Claims a hold has been placed on your drivers license, will see you in court. Worse, she has all my info. SSN, former workplace, old address, and Bank I was using. This is a scam.

I received a call from this number and they told me that I defrauded a payday loan in 2012 and if I did not pay I would be arrested and go to court for theft by deception. I advised I want a copy of the bill I owed and he (tom hardkin) told me that I am not entitled to that. I told him that I am not paying for something that I am not aware of. I do not have 500.00 to just give away. he told me good luck with having my license taking away and criminal charges.

They seem to be making their way across the country. I got a call from a local number, with the same message from 'Jennifer Brooks' and the 855-277-9742 call back number. Except they were asking for a person who doesn't live here. Checked it out on several sites and it's a definite scam.

Had this call on my sisters answering machine for some documents they were trying to deliver and it was the final attempt.

Yes, I got the call yesterday from Jennifer Brooks 855-277-9742 who called my home number and work number.  She called back again today my work number and my sister's also who relayed the message I had received yesterday via voicemail.  When I called back 855-201-8950 they also said I had a outstanding payday loan from 2010 and that I was being brought up on wire fraud.  I couldn't remember and after so much information specific to me and all of my questions answered and me being so scared I did pay them some money to start a payment plan.  Thank God for my bank because yes the transaction went thru but then my "wonderful" bank reversed it!  AMEN!  This is so sad what this world is turning into...can't trust anyone and have to question everything!  Lesson learned!
Oh there was also another person by the name of Mr. White.....he should receive an award for playing me so well that I NOW TRUST NOONE!

Same call from 2 people and also called my grandmother biggest scam ever

Got a msg from Jennifer Brooks today. Came from  local Dallas area code 972. Didnt recognize the number. Her message said.to call 855 277 9742...when you don't announce who you are , and I Google you...scam.

Got the same call from a number in my area asking for my daughter.  They gave 855-277-9742  to call back.  Said there was a bad check charge against my daughter.  I checked here and saw this was a sacm.  I'll let my daughter know so she can be on the lookout.  Beware of this call.  It sounds so official.

I received the same voicemail. I called back, they refused to give me a name of their business. She eventually said it was Truce & Deuce which may be made up. Told her I was reporting her, she is a scam, I was recording the call and I hung up. They will argue with you. I can't even tell you how they got my number.

Jennifer Brooks called tell me finally attempt to reach me for delivery of papers. Left number and I called won't give any information man got mad. Hung up on me. I called back cussed out and told was uneducated. I'm smart enough not to give them any money. SCAM.

Automated message from Jennifer Brooks. Something about serving me papers from a fax. The whole scenario makes no sense.
Do not provide any identifying information (address, last four of SSN, etc.). So far, these crooks only have your name and phone number.
This is a Scam!

Received a call from Jennifer Brooks about faxed papers being delivered to my house number 855-277-9742 also came from 724-209-8447 in Independence PA calling back both numbers just rings

Received the same exact message.  No point in calling back.  If someone really wanted to talk to me they would call and not have a recording call me. Left the 855-277-9742

Spam .Calling to threaten .Says you owe money you do not owe . Targets family members.. Bad people hoping to catch the vulnerable in their sleazy net . I will be reporting this to my local police

I just got the same message, same BS story. DON'T BE SCAMMED! I have already called the State Attorney General where I live, but like everyone says here, if you can't get a company name or an address, they can't do anything. DON'T CALL THEM BACK and DON'T WORRY, they are felons trying to steal your money. This is in fact wire fraud, and they should be prosecuted. Block their number!

Received a call this afternoon. Stated I would need to make payment arrangement or have a civil suite come against me. They stated I had 1 hour to speak with Tom Hardin or I would be subpoenaed to court and have to pay court and processing fees. Complete scam. DO NOT ANSWER.

Rcvd same call today from Jennifer Brooks saying she has papers to fax me, last attempt, etc. Caller ID showed 805-301-6042. Voicemail said 855-277-9742. Message was left in the name of a person who had stolen my identity several years (an ex of my ex) ago and I thought she was up to her old tricks again so I returned the call. Jennifer was "in the field" and I requested she call me back when she returned to the office. Hadn't done my research yet. Googled the phone number and now I know. Thankfully the caller only has my name and month/year of birth. Hope it doesn't bite me in the behind.
