Great info re wire fraud however blocking number is probably pointless. Once you have "outed" them, you can call them back 100 times but you will only receive a recorded message saying mailbox is full and line will disconnect. I tried to call them 3 times on 2 diff numbers after our initial conversation and got same results each time/number. Though I do admit blocking won't hurt, they prob have a bunch of different numbers they route their calls thru so possibly might get another call from them (or someone like them) in the future. Good luck all.

All the info you mentioned is public record that can be accessed for a small fee thru checkmate.com or similar. Best you can do is block number(s) and place fraud alerts on all accounts and credit cards. Maybe get lifelock or similar service.

I just got the same call about final attempt for faxed order for documents to be delivered ..it's a scam she says her name is Jennifer Brooks calling fro. 4073370106 but she gives 8552779742 as the number to call her back

I just got the same call twice In the past two weeks to my mothers house.( haven't lived there for 10yrs) showed local number but asked to call back to 18552779742 Jennifer brooks. I have lived or of state for 5yrs finally moved back and I start getting these calls. I'm glad I googled it!! Scammers up to no good.

I received the same call from Jennifer Brooks  She called yesterday and left a different call back number. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  This is a scam.

Got message from this number today, identified herself as "Jennifer Brooks" said she needed me to call her back right away regarding delivery of documentation..
But according to my caller ID the call came in from Belle, WV.  Not boring to call back.  Sounds like a Fraus/SCAM!!!

Woman identifying herself as Jennifer Brooks. I called back and spoke to a guy that was very rude. He kept talking over me, gave me personal information without even making certain that I was who they needed to talk to.

They called my Husband and Mom yesterday, then both my sisters today and myself. Same bull crap about trying to serve me some papers. Last I checked they don't warn you about serving papers. They just show up and serve you the damn papers. Also if there are papers that are actually in the process of being served they do not get stopped by setting up payment plan with them. So yeah... Nice try! But you picked the wrong person to try and scare with incorrect legal information. lol

They keep calling everyday my house and my brothers house asking to call them back for  documents.. How you stop them it's getting  annoying?? It's getting stressful if anyone knows a way

Called me from a local number then directed me to call855-277-9742.  To arrange a package that needs to be delivered.   When you call they tell you you have a payday loan from 2010 and you have to pay or I will be served today and dragged to the court housr.   I said that's not how it works but you have my address send the papers she hung up

we got the call asking for a Kevin Peters no men even live at this address this is the second call we have got from this person I will just ignore them cause it is a scam  I wish people would get a life and leave people alone  I have better things to do with my time than to fool with these idiots

This is a total scam.  Said they have documents to send to me, and this is the "final attempt."   I didn't call her back because I recognized that this is BS.  If they have something to send me, my address is easy to find.  I'd just like to know how they got my phone number.

Jennifer Brooks called me today from a Pasadena CA number... 626-460-5112 (identified herself as calling from UBS Collections and then UBS Litigation - she couldn't keep her scam story straight). She claimed that a $600 payday loan from March 2011, done online, had gone unpaid, and that I now owed over $4,000 with the added interest and fees!!! HILARIOUS!! They even had the audacity to call my daughter and tell her the same thing! She said a sheriff would come to my house the next day to serve me a summons, and if I declined to make a payment then the court would garnish my wages!! HAHAHAHA... Low life scammers... spotted them in an instant. Alerted my entire friends/family network of their deeds already.
BTW, their 626# is no longer working - they disconnected it after I had my attorney give them a few calls directly (Jennifer answered, and also a guy that went by the name of 'RYAN'). I guess they didn't like being on the receiving end. Go to hell Jennifer Brooks and Ryan!!!

Received MULTIPLE calls from (407) 337-0106. Message said to call back (855) 277-9742. "Jennifer Brooks" left the message saying she was trying to deliver papers via fax. I actually answered this call a couple of weeks ago. First I was told I owed money on a payday loan from 2010 then I was told I was being sued for check fraud. This woman had all of my info. She has called my husband, mother and mother-in-law!! This is a SCAM. If someone is truly being sued the process server will not call around to find you, they will do their research and just show up. Also, it's against the law for anyone collecting a debt to talk to anyone but the person owing the debt. There are strict privacy laws in place for that. I've blocked the number but now they just keep calling my family instead of me.
