I called Public Storage's national 800 number and hung up since the sales rep was rude. Then I got this call from them a few days later from them. No message. Idiots.

It was a hang up call.  this is probably Public Storage also since i inquired about renting.  Here's a tip.....don't give them any personal info if you are just inquiring...then you'll get all these unending phone calls....

Same as everyone else... just calls and no one talks...just hangs up :/  I do have a unit with Public Storage

This is harassment.   Public storage keeps hounding me too

I recently canceled a reservation with Public Storage and they called me and hung up when I answered. I called the local store and asked if there was a problem and they said that the call center calls whenever there is a cancellation. The same number called me again today but this time they just sat there on the phone not saying a word! I said, "stop calling me and I mean it!" If they call me again I am not responsible for my actions.

Multiple calls from this number in last several days, never any msg. Makes sense it would be Public Storage as they seem to have mastered the art on pissing off potential customers. Tried to rent a unit recently but totally exasperated by the brain-dead unhelpful staff. Gave up and went elsewhere. They won't leave me alone now.

same here, tried to reserve a Public storage online.. Then I start receiving this call from this number.

Reserved a unit over the weekend but cancelled the same day as our plans changed.  Have been getting calls daily from this 855-387-7314 number.  I complained to our local PS and she said it must be their call center and to call their customer serivce at 800-567-0759.  When I called and asked to be removed from their call list, the guy I spoke with said he does not recognize the 855 number as theirs and is not aware of any list but will forward info to his manager.

I've seen complaints from this thread since 2012.  I'm sure PS has heard from unhappy folks about these calls and I don't understand why they don't do anything about it if it's really not them making the calls.  If this is their version of customer service, glad we didn't rent a unit with them!

I got the phone number 855-387-7314 call that was my friend called me, after that I called this number, my friend got my call too. It means that  those people use more and more high tech now. They can listen my conversation with my friend. It really against law.

I called Public Storage (the 800 number) to ask about a rental space.  I gave him my name (mistake!), but refused to give him my cell number.  I hung up because he insisted on my number over & over.  No sooner did I hang up, then got a call from 855-387-7314.  Blocked! and I will NEVER do business with them again.  MB

I don't get it.  What's the point of repeatedly calling people and hanging up before they answer other than to annoy them??

I've gotten two calls from this number in the last few days, and thanks to whocallsme I can safely ignore them.

Elaine, I don't think they can listen to you talking to your friend.  I think they are just spoofing your number for their own purposes.

Maybe someone else knows for sure??

I just discovered something interesting about this number.  Four days ago I got a strange text from... drum roll... PUBLIC STORAGE!!!  The caller ID said 313-131.  Creative, huh?

Anyway, I thought it was probably legit and I texted them back that the noted reservation was not mine and please do not call me or text me.  So now I have had two calls from them on my same cell.

Big mistake to respond to their phishy text.  Won't do that again.  I effectively blocked them, so maybe that will help.

Contacted Public Storage in FL and now getting bombarded with calls from 855-387-7314 and email. That is why I HATE giving out email. Next it will be texting.

Received a call today, no message. Also inquired with Public Storage recently. Rep wasn't rude, but, i called in with a question and they reserved a unit and expected me to be there to rent it. I was like - I called to ask a question. Nothing more.

This is state collections services. I waited for someone to pick up. They were calling me about an outstanding bill with a hospital.

It's public storage.   They won't stop calling.  Will never rent from them ever after the constant harassing telephone calls

I called Public Storage 1 time last week. I made a reservation for a local unit but after the local center called me and gave me an actual quote, I cancelled my reservation. Now today, tey called me again from this number and hung up on me after I said hello.
