If you call this number, which is a Public Storage call center, and request info about one of the Public Storage facilities, don't be surprised if the manager of the PS facility you simply inquired about calls to see what time you are coming in that day to rent whatever you had simply inquired about through the public storage toll free call center. Because you dialed a toll free number, I suspect the call center captures your number AND NAME. THEN they pass on your name and number to the facility you inquired about and later that day, the manager calls, asks for you by name and asks you what time you will be down there to rent the storage size you inquired about when you called the call center and wouldn't leave your name and number, so yeah, it is a racket. Another thing, when I called the call center, one of the first things the person asked me for was my phone number, in case we get disconnected, he said. I told him if we get disconnected I'll call him back. People at the call center are overly friendly and pushy sales agent/telemarketers, probably outsourced to the Public Storage Corporation. I will now block that toll free number.

I have had the same issue recently. Dosent sound by the rest of the comments here, that it will get any better for me. Once a day calls for now. I really got my dick caught in the ceiling fan this time.
