Yes, ignore all calls from these scammers!  I work for a law firm and certainly would not evade any REAL collection actions against me, so this Olivia Weston has something coming if she thinks she is going to pull a fast one on me.  It is unfortunate that so many people do not know or understand their legal rights and these type of scam artists prey on this...Always google before calling, because once you call back, they will never leave you alone unless you take action...

File a Complaint with the NY State Atty General's office and stop these scam artists and their terrible tactics

No. I JUST got a voice mail on my cell from these people. This isn't the first time they have left me a message.

This is an absolute scam. The caller leaves a voice message, or a pre-recorded voicemessage when you answer the phone from caller ID "0000000000" saying they are Olivia Weston with Legal Caring Services or some crap, and this b*tch is going to show up at your home or place of employment within 24-48h, and that you need to call back 855-393-3793. Well, I called that number, spoke with a "Michael Henderson," and the name associated with my number is one I have never heard of before. I asked him which judge ordered the summons, asked him which court this was from, and he couldn't answer. I told him that I had seen this scam on the internet, requested that my number be eliminated from their database, and warned him that they should be VERY careful whom they threaten in the future, as I could be serving them my own summons for threatening language, threatening to trespass on private property, disturbing my place of employment, disturbance, and emotional distress, not to mention violation of the donotcall.gov list and using up my cellular minutes. I will be alerting the authorities. I suggest you all do the same. See how well they like having their own game played against them.

I had a message on my voicemail stating that I should call 8553933793.called the number and they said that they were going to deliver some papersto my place of employment. I told them that if they are not delivered by the proper aurhority
they have no right to deliver anything to anyone.I in turn asked fora name so that I can report this to the proper authority and was given a fake name of Charlie Brown

These lowlifes are now saying they are with a law firm called Crosby & King. The number they are using is 855-420-8338.  This is a scam.  Report them to your state's Attorney General office.

I received several calls form Swanson Walker & Associates stating there was a person coming to my home with a summons.  The last was from Olivia Weston telling me to call 855-393-3793.  I did and she gave me to Jonathan Stewart , he told me I owed $4,000.00 in credit card charges from Chase Bank back in 2004.  I have never had a Chase Bank card.  So I called Chase Bank and of course the never heard of me.  In turn, I notified the Better Business Bureau and the NY State Department of Justice (which I received a letter from with a case number and saying they were investigating the firm), the local police in Lockport, NY and the FBI fraud task division.  I have never received another call and their website has been suspended.  IF you receive a call from them hang up, do not give them ANY information, they are scam artists and they are trying to get your hard earned money illegally.

we just received a call from legal services from a debra smith wit the same message left on our voice mail

I just got a call from Legal Caring Services and they left a message on answering machine that they would be coming to my house within 24-48 hours and have 2 forms of ID in hand. If I had any questions that would call 855-420-8290 then I called that number and got a message that this number did not set up to receive the calls.

got same call....called back and I asked what company this was...he said "What is your name?", I asked "you tell me who you are"...he said "I need your name"....I made up a fake name and he responded "Yes, I have your records here and you have a past debt in the amount $3000 but he would be able to get that down a bit if I provide some personal info.  I laughed my ass off and said "dude, find better ways of getting money from people....I TOTALLY GAVE YOU A FAKE NAME"  Thank god I checked this site before I had called them.
