They have been calling for about a week.  They offer to come to your home for an "assessment".  I think this is a slippery slope.  We are seniors & they want to check on us.

I was distraught, crying, having difficulty & my husband had just hung up with me when I heard someone (automated) on the line trying to set up an in home health evaluation with me. The phone literally answered itself.

No---message    then  why  call   over  and  over   scammer   all  scammer's

Usually leave no message. I believe they are calling as an agent of my health insurance plan to offer in home nursing checkups. I'm sure they are used by many different insurance plans to provide this service which is why they don't have caller i.d. I have often stated I do not want this service, but I still get calls.

Continues to call asking personal questions regarding well being of resident in the home. What's the purpose of this? If help is/was needed, family members would have reached out!

I don't answer calls when I don't know the caller; they left an illegible four second message. I know they aren't my provider BC/BS and weren't authorized to call me by them. I have blocked the number.

Same ft lauderdale fl scam they spoof phone numbers trying to reach you and get info.. home nursing scam.. financial advisors .. same women trying different tactics .. they spoof Aetna .. blue cross etc ..

called & left no message. health insurance never told us about any Medical Matrix that maybe calling us for any reason. I have health problems & I want to stay active.

Looks like they took a break but are back at it. Matrix Medical ACA on behalf of HealthPartners wanting to set up a Home Health Visit or Televisit. Asked to update my info when they couldn't find me in the 'system' which was obvious since I don't have Medicare. I was suspicious and looked up this phone number ... Do not call them back or talk to them at all.

Matrix medical provides nurses that go to your home and evaluate you for Medicare supplement policies. I don't know if they do that for regular insurance or not. It is a real company but they're also a real pia. They constantly call even when you tell them no.

This company sends nurses over to random old people's houses, asks to get in to look at your house to see if there are "hazards" about, then sends that info to your insurance so that your rates increase, etc. DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE. Yes, they are authorized by your insurance to call you. They work on behalf of insurance companies to raise the rates of the elderly. DO NOT ANSWER. HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.
