Tanya from Processing Depot called "to correct overbilling on account".  Googled #, saw that it was flagged.  Didn't give out information, but her number is 855-500-9848 Ext 1408

Brandy from Processing Depot called and said we are being overbilled on our account and needed to talk about our last 3 statements. I told her I had to call her back and I called our C/C company direct and was told that our account was fine and there was no overbilling issue.  Do not give these people your info!

She called me about my Square app but it didn't seem right so I Google the number and found out that it was a scam caller I told her not today [***] and hung up

Ms. Kim from this company called about our Square and claimed that she wanted to correct our overpayments.  Wanted me to send her a statement from our Square.  Luckily I checked her number and saw that this is a scam.

Yep.. got a phone call that we were overcharged on our square, we haven't used it in like 2 years pretty sure we weren't overcharged LOL I hope more people know to Google the number before they give these people any information. You have to question everything nowadays such a sad world we're living in

I got the same call today and told them I would call square to confirm and she said they were  above them and they do the billing and comparisons reviews and corrections. I immediately hung up

I asked the gentleman who called to send me an email with what they were needing.  He said they didn't have an outbound email address, but gave me this phone Number and extension.

Mandy from billing called me with the same info that we were being over billed and needed to talk to me to give me a refund......bad call beware!!!!!!

I just got the exact same phone call & I didn't give any info either. I played as if I couldn't find what she was talking about & wanted me to call her back at 855-500-9848 ext 1404

This is a very real and active scam. I got a phone call from Mandy and she said she needed to talk about an overbilling error. She made it sound urgent and luckily I googled the phone number she called from. Thank you for keeping this updated!

Same call 2 days in a row.  Only I had a Chrissy. I told her I was in contact with my supplier and would let her know.  She hasn’t called back.

Now her Ext is 1414

Saaaame! Just got a call from a fast talking phrat boy from that number saying they e overcharged us as a large corporation account in error and asked me to pull my statement up. I hung up.

Received call from 855-500-9848 X1418 regarding over charges and PCI compliance.  After calling processor, it was determined that this was a scam

Ashley from the Processing Depot called "to correct an overbilling error on a merchant account in the last 90 days.  855-500-9848 x 1409" per message left on my phone.  I will not respond, as this is not how billing errors are addressed.

Received call from Ashley at Merchant Services, claiming we had been overbilled on last 90 days of statements. Googled number and seen scam alert

Got the credit services mistake  and overbilling message.
I checked the phone number and new it was a scammer, especially since I haven't ever accepted credit cards. I called back to 855-500-9848 and asked for extension 1420 "Carrie". After giving her my business phone number, she stated ,"yes, there is an over billing for the months Sept. through Nov. and she will assist me in have credit applied to the account. Then she asked for my Square credit services account number. I asked her how she knew I was overcharged if she did not have my account number. Silence... Then I hung up.

Got a call from this number and being overbilled on our CC rates.
