Received a call about on over billing error, I don't even do business with this so called "company" have no intentions of calling them back as I see that other people have received calls also with the same exact problem, BLOCKING THEM!!  SCAMMERS!!

I had "Kiama" call from 855-500-9848 ext 1411 in the compliance department to say we were going to be "non compliant" if we didn't submit invoices. She also stated that she didn't have access to outgoing mail and couldn't send me anything in regards to this. After going crazy trying to figure out what was happening I googled the number and all of this popped up! Glad I checked.

My owner got the call two days in a row and he asked them to call me instead of him.  She continued to call him for two days until he finally just handed me the phone.  I got Michelle at extension 1410.  I told her I'd have to check with the owner and call her back.  When I called back I was told that this was a dental office in Allentown, PA and there was no such extension.

Got a call from Diana saying she was calling from Merchant Services from my bank about an overbilling on my account. Thought it seemed suspicious so I looked up the number and saw other people posted the same number and extension and that it was a scam. They are trying to get to our customer database.

Same as everyone else.  Being a small business we were over charged.  We should be charged 1.5% not to exceed 2% etc.... over the last 90 days.   Do we not check our Merchant statements?   I just spoke to Hillary Ext. 1416

Got a call from "Emily" claiming she was from Merchant Services, calling about an overpayment.  I told her my boss wasn't available & asked for her name & number 855-500-9848 x1418.  When I called back the woman that answered said "Processing Depot".  Told her I had the wrong # then googled it and found all of these statements!!  Thanks to everyone who posted about this scam!!

855-500-9848  (ext 1420) and 588-500-9748. Received three calls today and one last week saying our merchant account had been over billed for Jan and Feb. I said just credit our account or send a reimbursement check. They replied "we need your Statement to do that".  I replied "NO".

"Hi, my name is Carrie. I'm calling from Process and Depot in regards to the overbilling on the Marching Account for February and March. If you'll please give me a call back at 855-500-9848, extension 1420. Again, my name is Carrie. Thank you."  Same number, just keeps changing identity.

Got a call from Vonshay stating the same as above, but she got the wrong business name and asked for a manager twice when I told her I was the manager! I got her name and number jkust so I could report it!

Just got off the phone with these people (first "Kayden", and then her manager "Amanda").  They called my husband first, and he told them to call me.  He called me as soon as he hung up, asking if "Merchant Services" was our cc processor.  I said well, yes, that's PART of their name... So he wanted to let me know if it was legitimate I should answer the phone instead of letting it go to voicemail when I don't recognize the number.  "Kayden" calls and gives me the spiel, I said I didn't understand.  Who do you work for again?  Merchant Services?  Where?  For The Processing Depot.  OH.  Okay so what's going to happen after the analyst determines that I've overpaid?  Oh, they'll call you back in a couple of days and go over the options with you.  What options?  Oh, I don't know, that's not part of my job.  okay, so you have no idea what goes on in other parts of your company?  well that's not my job, I can let you talk to my manager.  ok great let's do that.  "Amanda" says they work with hundreds of processors trying to help keep small business owners from being overcharged.  wow. that's really nice, so you're like a government watchdog?  no, we just get a list of names of small businesses that have been overcharged.  so we just need your statement so the analyst can review it and figure out where the problem is.  oh, wow, that's awesome, but I still don't understand -- what's the end result here if you won't be getting me a refund.  Oh, it's just so we can do whatever we need to do to prevent it from happening AGAIN.  Ahhh, I see.  Amanda hands me back to Kayden.  I'm still confused, Kayden.  So once the analyst is done, they're going to call me back and try to get me to switch my cc processing over to your company?  no, they'll give you your options.  I said okay, I have your company up on the BBB website - can you give me the address or some other info that I can verify?  1700 uh... Nope, that's not it.  well they USED to be at another address.  Oh, okay, no problem, well I have your website up now, and it says that your company is a credit card processor, and that you can save small businesses money (then I read off a bunch of other stuff that was on there...)  finally she said I'm so sorry, but I hate to interrupt you, but do you want your statement analyzed?  Not if it means that your company is just going to call me back and try to sell me your services, which I don't want - ESPECIALLY if you're using THIS type of tactic to score a new customer.  She asked one last time about getting my statement analyzed.   I said no.  She said have a nice day.  You as well. Tonya left message. Looked it up and found out it was a scam. I did not return the call.
