- KatReceived a call from CDR. they claimed that they were calling for Cashnet USA. They told my husband that if he did not pay 955.00 immedatly that he has a court date on the third. My husband verified this date with them four times before he called their bluff since the third of March falls on a Saturday. They then back tracked stating that the paperwork would be sent out on the 2nd of March. He then attempted to work out a payment plan with them using a prepaid card that he was going to pick up on the 27th of this month when he gets paid. Agreeing to pay 238.00 per month until it was paid off. When he wouldn't give them his financial information because he doesn't have it yet, which he had explained multiple times. They accused him of being uncooperative and not meeting them halfway. He was told that if he did not give them the information tonight.they would press charges on him. He then called their bluff again and hung up on them. Glad I looked them up before he gave them anything.

- PissKeep on calling my phone I owe for payday loan I don't and never did! calling 10 to 20 times a day, to include early in the morning Hawaii Time!
- Jack Spratt| 2 repliesI received a call from this agency, caller identified himself as Jim Jackson. He left a message for "Andrea" about her 'claim'. I returned the call to let them know they had the wrong number. A gentleman who did not identify himself told me he would "remove my number from their list". I then received a second call, only moments later, from Jim Jackson again. He tried to tell me that I was "listed as a contact person for Andrea Marie Davis". I told him I had never heard of her. He then asked me if I knew another gentleman. I told him I did not. He then announced with a laugh that I'm "all clear then". Damn straight I'm clear. This is a total SCAM. Do not give these people ANY personal information. Do not even return their call.

- Anon replies to Jack Spratt"Do not give these people ANY personal information. Do not even return their call."
Because CDR is scary, and with their magical powers they will steal your information and sieze all assets because you returned their call. - PR replies to lexx| 1 replyWe would love to know how you confirmed this info, because surely if you were really intrestered in going through the pipeline of where your debt is. You wouldnt be stating these things you are, and you would be speaking with us now. Or possibly you are upset because you owe a debt and are venting, we know that it is a complicated process being in debt, but we are here to help you and offer you your options. Simply writing off our organization isnt the way to go about it, and could actually make things worse...
Moreso, we help tens of thousands more people than you see here on this site, with all these various issues.... Obviously the ones who have a bone to pick post on the site here. All the poeple that we talked to and helped and are smooth sailing unfourtantly dont post here, we only get the horror stories. - Reno replies to PRI don't care about you company and to hear any excuse how helpful you are. I don't owe you any money nor does anyone else in my family. But for some reason I have a link to someone who allegedly owes you money, my family member is getting harassed from you about someone else. you are scum of the earth and to harass innocent people is a crime.
- No OneIt's got to be a scam. They keep calling my work, but don't ask for anyone by name. I had some fun with them and REALLY got this Jim Jackson mad at me. It was kinda fun. Just don't ever give them any information about yourself. They can't throw you in prison for not paying a payday loan. Debters prison is illegal in the USA.

great find! who woulda thought to look for theyre website using their own name rather than whos calling me ... ??? - AnonymousI also received multiple messages from CDR. When I spoke with them, I was "uncooperative" because I would not pass along a message from them to my sister-in-law. The man I spoke to was very rude; I called back to ask to have my phone number removed, but I still received a call the next day from a woman that I again told I would not take a message for someone that did not live in my home. She told me I was "just wrong." I called back and was finally passed on to a higher-up that gave me the address of where to mail a cease and desist letter: CDR, PO Box 1275, Orchard Park, NY 14127. Hopefully this helps someone else.

- scammersThese people are scammers and DO NOT know the laws..they messed with the wrong person. I am a lawyer and telling individuals now...do not let these people harass you or threaten you. They are violating several federal laws. To help individuals in this situation
contact the Federal Trade Commission and your states attorney General and file complaints against them and document every phone call and message and they will have to pay you money for every call and threatening message. I hope this helps. - EmKayI run a small office and recently received an automated call from 855-546-7300. The machine message stated "We believe you have been avoiding our calls and you should know we have your banking information. If you don't call us back at 855-546-7300, we will be forced to access your account."
It was a pretty disturbing message, which failed to leave a company name or reference number, or for that matter, even name the person they were looking for. I hung up and immediately dialed the number back. The woman who answered said her name was "Ms Miller" and the company was CDR & Associates. She demanded to know my name and the company name. She claimed she couldn't look up the account by phone number. When I said I shouldn't have to give my name for her to look it up, she told me to "figure myself out and call back when I could give her my name" and hung up. I called back and the same woman answered. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said that was her. When I finally gave her my name and the company name, she then told me who they were looking for. Turned out to be someone who had applied here, but was never hired. I relayed this information to her and asked to have our number removed. She told me no and suggested I call this applicant myself and tell her to stop using our phone number on credit forms. It was all very disturbing and seemed quite unethical.- Caller: CDR & Associates

- AnnoyedKeep calling my personal business phone number looking for someone whom I have never heard of. I called them to report this and was told my number would be removed from their list. They still keep calling and are rude about it. It shouldn't be my problem that they have the wrong number.

- Lover of complaintsI am soooooo glad that we all have this site we are able to write stuff on. Isnt it the best??? We can litterally keep ourselves busy while we arent working. This makes me very happy. Does anyone know a company i can complain about? i am very bored. Not having a job is great! I dont know what im going to do when they shut off my electric. I will have to use the libraries computer to write this stuff. Keep it up people! this is what we do! we complain!!! I like being threatened! Call me please!
- Love these calls!People, the attorney generals or anyone else will not do anything about these calls, so my advise is to have fun with these slime [***]! I love getting calls from people like this, I actually look forward to it. Have some fun with these [***]. Blow a loud whistle into the phone, answer the call as a porno business, answer the call and say you are a cop, or anything else that comes to mind. Just totally ***** with them right back, if you do it right, they won't ever call you again. I once received 92 calls from a number within 2 weeks impersonating a law firm, threatening me with court and all the other [***] they try to pull. So I decided to call them back 92 times in the same day to pay their dumb [***] back. I had the guy nearly in tears and the [***] actually had the nerve to say that I was harassing HIM, blowing up HIS phone and he was going to file stalking charges on ME! That made my day when I got him to break down like that and asked him, how do YOU like it *****! People please don't fall for their **** and have a little fun pissing them off right back!....Oh I forgot another one of my favorite ways to answer these calls: answer the phone and start singing: "hello, is it me you're looking for...."

- upsetThey call my brother inlaw all the time instead of contacting me, He doesn't even live in the same state that I live in. I have never given his name out to anyone at any time. He is getting pissed off and so am I. I think if this was a real company that they would have better ways of contacting the person they are looking for. stop harrassing relatives. Also im going to contact the better business bureau. and states attorney.

- Jan| 1 replyI have received several calls from this company on work number when they have to leave msg sounds very threatening and if I happen to answer it is just a recording?? not coll at allllllll I have no idea of who this is and why they would be calling me, we all owe debt but I am working them out and if this is a real company their practices are way out of line since I work in collections and know this is not how it is done!! since you are not able to talk to someone when they call you kind of hard to tell them to stop calling you at work for them to have to obey that order
