Caller's name was Joshua.  He called and embarrassed my family members then called me to attempt to collect money for a debt that he refused to validate.  He knew nothing about the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act even though he claimed he studied it for over 25 years and sounded like he was barely in his 20's.  I called him on the debt validation; I called him on the fact that he spoke a third parties and disclosed information he was not supposed to disclose; which he would have KNOWN if he was a valid debt collector who followed the law.  He also threatened me and harassed me by asking personal questions and tried to get me to admit "fraud" on the phone.  The call was taped according to him, so I hope whoever monitors this lying [***] hears his illegal collection practices.  I doubt this is a legitimate company and I have reported them to other agencies.

I started getting calls today for my brother who lives in Delaware and I live in Ohio and have no contact with him.  When I called them back to inform them of this they froze my phone up so I couldn't call out or receive calls.  When I finally got through to them the first time I was informed that they in fact taked on my number and that everything was verified and when I tried to tell them there was no way that he lives 800 miles away from me and therefore could not talked to him at all.  They hung up on me.  The second time I again tried to explain that they could not talked about anthing with him on my number because he did not have this number where I was told I didn't what I was talking about because he haad this number for 20 years for all I know and before I could explain who I was and just how I do know what I do they hung up on again.  I then tried a third time and when they answered this time I very loudly told them who I was and how I know my brother and where I live and where he lives.  It was then when the person very nicely asked how to get a hold of him which I told them I didn't know but did give them his home address.  At which time they stated they would take my number off the list.  I told them they better because the next call I make will be to the local police department for harrassing me.

Very rude and intimidating

This company keeps calling me for a Patrick who is not related to me and is using this number.  I have told them many times and they still keep calling.  

I receive a phone call from them about a  loan.

For starters my mother came to me saying she had a message for me on her phone. They left a message for me on her phone they said my first, middle, and last name and when he was giving the phone # he hesitated on the last four numbers. I did call them back not knowing what it was all about  until I looked this up. I am not sure on what to do!

I really like to know how in the f#!$ they knew my full name!!!!!!!!

Person left a message on my mothers phone.. When i called back he instantly told me my social security number, my bank account number, my full name, my employment, address etc.. etc.. then claimed i had a payday loan from years ago and they knew i wouldn't pay it etc.. He was beyond rude, including yelling into the phone at me.. He seemed even more ticked off when i claimed there was something fishy. Im making a police report as well as calling the BBB.

If anybody calls you that you do not know. Tell them they have the wrong number. If they call again tell them this call is being recorded. 9 times out of 10 this will will work for any calls you get. Tell them to sue you and laugh they will stop after that.
Do not take them serious they have no power. They bought an old debt for pennies on the dollar and trying to collect using threats. Just laugh at them they can do nothing to you. Never give personal information over the phone no legit company will ask for it.

This company called my job and stated they wanted to verify my employment. I have never heard of them and they are not willing to tell me anything without verifying my employment.  The lady, Tiffany stated they are submitting paperwork to have my wages garnished.  Can they do this without me knowing who it is and what I "supposedly owe for"?

I have been receiving calls for a friend I barely have contact with. They have called me numerous times and left messages. My boyfriend called them to have them stop calling me for her. They argued with him and hung up. He called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. The guy said he was a supervisor and my boyfriend told him what was going on and that it needed to stop. The guy started yelling at him and hung up on him. I can't find anything on the internet about Cdr.

This people keep calling me and my office work several times in a week.  They even called my Boss and asking for wage verification.  They called from a different phone number and left a message to call (855) 547-7300 Ext. 111 (Justine) & ext. 117 (Mr. Polini).They said they're calling for MyPayDay.  I know I borrowed 700 but I paid them over 800.  What are these people talking about I owe them 900?  Mr. Polini even said to go to his office on a certain date & time, not leaving the office address, if not, they will send somebody to arrest me.  That day came and nobody arrested me.  Their voice messages are recorded and I have documentations for payments I made.  They're still calling me and my office, leaving messages 'til now and I know they will not stop calling until they get something but I assure them, they will NOT get anything from me!
